I show up at 10:30 at night and I know that they must have taken the food off of the warmers because the food was absolutely cold almost didn't give me my mountain dew and then asked me what kind of sausages I wanted than didn't even put them in the bag

Went early in the morning and hit the drive-through with nobody in line....first thought was how awesome we get fresh food and the only ones there. Shouldn't have assumed that, as the order was short of food as well as the saddest breakfast burrito ever and it too had almost nothing in it even being the best they sell! Sad and pathetic sign of zero pride and ownership of that facility by its staff....truly pathetic. Sorry for the negativity on this review but everything that could go wrong did and what was astonishing was we were the only customers there... This location will not see future sales from this family. Best of luck though!

Went through the drive thru. The lady who take the orderes cashes you out was super nice. This other lady handed me my bad and I asked if I could get some hot sauce. She rolled her eyes and asked me why? She the threw in a big hand full of mild sauce. Didn't think I should be questioned why I asked for some hot sauce there.

Waited a little over 20 minutes for my order inside the lobby and decided to ask what’s going on. When I approached the manager, she got snappy with me and told me there’re dealing with drive thru orders and they’ll get to us when they get to us.

Very disappointed in this taco johns tonight. Went in to order food and Tiffany did not listen to a thing we ordered. It was completely wrong. She was very snobby about it when I tried to clarify at the window that this us what it was gonna be. There was no point in even going inside to argue with her that the order was STILL wrong.HOWEVER!!! The KIDS over at the central location listened correctly to what I ordered and delivered EXCELLENT customer service.Definitely satisfied this pregnancy cravings.Tiffany..... please gain some better listening skills and customer service skills when a customer is Clarifying with you that this is their order and you say yes and it is in fact not....
