Went through the drive thru. The lady who take the orderes cashes you out was super nice. This other lady handed me my bad and I asked if I could get some hot sauce. She rolled her eyes and asked me why? She the threw in a big hand full of mild sauce. Didn't think I should be questioned why I asked for some hot sauce there.

Waited a little over 20 minutes for my order inside the lobby and decided to ask what’s going on. When I approached the manager, she got snappy with me and told me there’re dealing with drive thru orders and they’ll get to us when they get to us.

Very disappointed in this taco johns tonight. Went in to order food and Tiffany did not listen to a thing we ordered. It was completely wrong. She was very snobby about it when I tried to clarify at the window that this us what it was gonna be. There was no point in even going inside to argue with her that the order was STILL wrong.HOWEVER!!! The KIDS over at the central location listened correctly to what I ordered and delivered EXCELLENT customer service.Definitely satisfied this pregnancy cravings.Tiffany..... please gain some better listening skills and customer service skills when a customer is Clarifying with you that this is their order and you say yes and it is in fact not....

Place drive thru order online got there on time order was not even started. Tacos were cold Taco pizza was barely warm. 4 hours later was sick running to the bathroom... totally disgusting....
Took my entire lunch break to get my order. Staff had no idea what they were doing like it was everyone’s first

So we was in the drive thru at taco johns tonight. There was a vehicle in front of us who was able to order. We pulled up was greeted asked what we wanted and we ordered the food we wanted. The guy after taking our order got back on the speaker saying I'm sorry we closed at 10 and we can't make your order, after asking what we wanted and saying alright anything else we wanted. We was there before 10 his excuse is a lie I know cuz my son use to work for taco johns computers systems don't just shut off. They just didn't want to make the food and came up with an excuse. I have corporate numbers. I also tried calling to speak to manager no answered. What if I was that vehicle ahead of me who got food and he had messed up order. Your neglect and refusal of service will be brought to cooperate and high up managers.
