Placed an online order for pickup on the drive through. When we got there, we were the only customer. We were loudly told our order wasn’t ready. Then a long pause. No big deal. That happens all the time and usually we just have to wait. (I’ve worked fast food. I get how it works.) Finally we were told to pull forward. We got to the open window and were yelled at because we allegedly were told to go to the front door and not the drive through window. We are still the only customer trying to pick up an order. We got our food and left. Absolutely rude service. I’ve never been yelled at because our order wasn’t ready.

1st time at this place. The manager was absolutely awesome. He helped us with our order and saved us a few dollars by getting 6 tacos instead of 4. The tacos were delicious, and the tater tots or whatever they call them were seasoned perfectly. This place is less expensive than Taco Bell.

The breakfast burrito is nothing but potato anymore. I don't know what happened, it use to be good. I ordered a sausage skillet burrito and got a wrap full of potatoes, a extremely small amount of egg, and leftover reheated sausage that was hard and some burnt. No veggies except 3 tomatoes and 2 onions. I hate driving all the way into town to get screwed by a place I use to go to daily. The Heights taco John's lost my business along with all 80 of my coworkers. I hope one day you will get it back together. Until then, we all won't be back.
