Your online ordering sux. Site is slow and would not load kept bouncing from one irrelevant page to another til finally it was too late to order the breakfast item I wanted to order will never go to Taco John's again.

Came in today to order 3 different meals and recieved 2 of them wrong with missing items. The employees did nothing to help. And were very rude laughing at me and saying i was lying. The quality of the food was terrible. Atmosphere could be better.

First time buying food at this location, and they gave me the wrong order and were very rude about it. Saying no they did not. The quality is horrible compared to other locations. The were not helpful in any way. I would choose another location over this one.

The manager is awful . Since this place is close to my house I go there on a regular basis.
Place an order thru drive thru and because I tell them I do not want anything else because I know they try to up sell. When I get to the window he proceeds to tell me I need to stop being rude and starts to holler at me because it's their job he goes. I was not rude and go that 98 percent if the time you all did not ask. He has the worst customer service. He has lost my business . Which is too bad as the rest of the staff are nice
