Holiday shopping and pulled in to get 4 softshell tacos. Pulled over 30 seconds later to eat them and they were all cold to the touch. I watched them make them through the window so not sure why they were cold or how long the meats been out sitting at room temperature.

This place has really gone downhill, your teenage staff needs supervision. Paid for 2 nacho cheese sides, got a single container filled halfway. Potato oles were beat up and undercoocked, basically got 2 containers of greasy, loose, undercooked hashbrowns. Staff were rough housing and being very loud and unprofessional behind the window.

Went to order my food, got me 2 potato burritos no sour cream and extra potato they give me my order which took 7 to 8 minutes long when I got them my first burrito was as if they took a hard shell and wrapped it like a soft shell. It broke apart in my hands and was leaking and had a holes and ripped throughout the entire tortilla. I couldn’t eat it after two bites. It was all over my hands. I went and asked them if I could have a new one because of how badly it was wrapped in the condition of the tortilla, they proceeded to tell me, it was heated like I didn’t know had been cooked. It was clearly overcooked or stale not to include the fact that there was no potatoes even though I paid extra as I got my second burrito I realized there was not even a single potato in my second burrito, which reminder I paid extra to get more .

Ordered online. Showed up 10 minutes after the pick up time. Took them another 15-20 minutes to get the food out. Took them 30 minutes to make 6 tacos. All they could say is that "they have other orders to get out."

This place needs a severe update on the interior. I have to say I usually go through the drive-thru and always get really great service for the one on Central by Target. I don't think I have ever received a wrong food order and all the years I've been going.

Put an order in on doordash, doordash said it was confirmed, got there at scheduled time, cashier claimed order never came thru(store has to click confirm order for app to say so), instead of seeing what the order was and making it she argued with me about how i was wrong.

Ordered 6pk & a pound. For $23 and some change we got, cold potatoe one's. Wanted sour cream on our tacos, didn't get any. We ordered LG pepsi's and the guy gave us Mt. Dews instead. Not a good experience at all. Will not go back to this place ever again So sad cuz I love Taco John's.
