Tea City and Cupcake offers great food, excellent tea, and fresh, well-made cupcakes that taste real. The service is cheerful and accommodating. Although the cups could be improved, the boba drinks, like the horchata, are a delight. Overall, a wonderful spot that's highly recommended.
