First time in. First thought was a curtain should be place between cooking area and counter. Don't need to see the questionable kitchen conditions. We were hungry so we ordered. Food was fair but price was a bit high for smaller portions. It was hot inside with flies all around us so with that said we ate half and left. We wouldn't be going back, but don't let this one poor experience stop anyone from trying them out! It just may have been a bad snap shot from us that day.

Ordered through door dash and only ordered an eggroll and a side of fried rice and was very disappointed when I opened my box of rice and it was only half way full unlike usual when I get it

When Teriyaki Madness first opened, I gave it a shot. I thought it was odd that everyone behind the counter looked like middle schoolers, and for the money the bowls were small and not much food for the price. On top of that, the store itself is absolutely tiny. If it’s even remotely busy, you end up awkwardly standing around hovering over people who are trying to eat, while the poor folks at the tables get everyone’s nuts and butts in their face and practically in their food.
The real problem, though, was the food itself. The taste lingered in the worst possible way. The rest of the day was nothing but foul, disgusting belches — each one bringing up this sour, Worcestershire-like funk, somewhere between balsamic and something that had been left to ferment too long. It wasn’t great going down, but it was even worse bubbling back up. That food was disgusting. Your food sucks. Never again. The only madness here is what it did to my digestive system.

My family and I have enjoyed eating here, since this location opened, especially because of their gluten free options. Tonight, our experience was terrible. The gent working front counter was very nice and friendly. The female manager was the problem. She spoke horrible to the employees. She was yelling at them and berating them, so the whole restaurant could hear. When we asked about GF options, she snapped at the employee and insisted they don’t have gluten free food. I feel so bad for the hard working employees that have to work there. With a manager like that, I can’t imagine staff will stick around. Unfortunately, we will not return to this establishment.

My family and I had decided to try out this restaurant when we had never eaten here before. As my wife and daughter were asking questions about the menu and how to order the girl and the counter was very rude, snarky and had zero customer service and a horrible attitude. When trying to pay I handed her cash and she roughly grabbed it from my hand and had no remorse. My family and I have zero tolerance for rude employees and will not be back. Please encourage your employees to be more kind to new customers.

True Seattle style teriyaki chicken. This is the best I've had in 20 years of living in Montana! Huge portions, great service, easy location to park. They even do catering. Fantastic!
