Teriyaki Madness

I went in because I needed to feed my son before practice. I try to avoid fast food but thought this was a step up. As I’m waiting to order their grill has some flames. The gentlemen blew on it. Not once, twice but 4 - 5 separate times. I said “really?” And he had no clue that what he did was distrusting. I said something along the lines of blowing on the food and he mentioned it was on fire. I told them to have a great day and I left. I tried corporate before I wrote this review but really looks like they are tailored to the franchise owner and not the customer to contact. I love teriyaki but after this I don’t think I could go back nor would I recommend anybody. I’ll call the health department as I think they need some extra training (oxygen fuels fire) lmao. Hope he learns

Love their food. It's always so crowded we usually order to go. Portions are perfect for saving some for later.

We love going to Teriyaki Madness! We’ve been to the one in Great Falls many times and was super excited to get one here in Billings! We went in today and my chicken was done a little more “crispy” than I like. Samantha totally fixed it immediately and was super kind. We’ve met Drew the Manager a few times and he’s been super nice and very helpful! Thank again for another great experience!

I love teriyaki madness in great falls so I was excited to see that they had expanded and opened a new location in billing’s. However when I came to order food the staff was completely falling apart. They took our orders and we waited. Although you could tell that things were falling apart they delivered very fast and the food was a solid 5/10. Nothing compared to the great falls located sadly. The only issues I would comment on were how unprofessional the staff were. The manager in particular was way too much (screaming , yelling, openly complaining) and you could tell all of the customers were visibly uncomfortable. While we ate she continued to make crazy comments about other customers, personal life, and other workers personal details. If you took that away I’m sure the experience would’ve been way better. Very disappointed.

The cashier was nice, but forgot our drink cups. When filling our order the person prepping never changed gloves between touching different food types and made the wrong size bowl initially. So she just flipped the smaller bowl into a large bowl and added some ingredients.

Parking: There was about 4 slots, and they were really hard to get in and out of.

I usually wait to rate a place till I’ve been there a few times, but coming here for the 4th time it gets better and better the food and service are at the top, I will definitely be coming back to this place.. spicy chicken teriyaki with noodles is my favorite

Very friendly! Food was really good and everything was fresh ingredients. Orange chicken was delicious! Will definitely eat here again.
