I’m a huge fan of Texas Roadhouse! It’s one of those rare places where you can go every time and have an incredible meal. The staff is always friendly and the food is amazing. But this time, something special happened. We were served by Joel, who was an absolute rockstar. His customer service was top-notch, and he made our evening truly unforgettable. It was a great experience!

I ordered an 8 Oz sirloin medium rare with shrimp, a cup of chili, and fries. By the time I got my food, the chili has cooled off which made it unpleasant. Then the shrimp was seasoned so much I could barely eat it. My "medium rare steak was actually well done, and super hard to cut. The only thing they got right was the FRIES!

Restaurants clean. We was very full when we went but you didn't have to wait for a table. Food was pretty good.. They have great soft rolls.. We even had a cocktail that was pretty fruity. I didn't find it very strong but it tasted good. Parking lot was pretty full.
About 10 months ago I had complained, gave it 1 star. I ordered a 20 ounce bone in and the bone was thicker than the meat. The owner of the Texas Roadhouse here in Billings called me tried to offer me compensation, but I declined because I wanted the process fixed. I asked how can I get the steak that makes my mouth water out of the display? He Inform me of the process, but having tried it in his and other Texas Roadhouse’s I didn’t have any confidence. Today I tried his process, I ordered from the display. It worked just the way he said it should! I got the most delicious steak I’ve had in many steakhouses, and I’ve been to five star steakhouses, and this is still the best steak I’ve had at a great price! I am 67 when I go out, it has to be good.
I strongly, recommend the Texas Roadhouse in Billings! You won’t regret it.
Vegetarian options: I had the Ribeye (from the display) mid-rare, vegetables, apple sauce and rolls of course.

2/23/25 bartender was very rude, table smelled like it was cleaned with a dirty towel when I pointed it out she did nothing to correct the issue. The smell ruined my appetite.

The food and service here is always great, but tonight that service went above and beyond. My twins first choice for their birthday dinner was here, but while we were there one got the worst nosebleed I've ever seen. Every staff member that crossed our path in the bathroom was incredibly helpful. Our server Kelsie was on top of it. I'm so appreciative of the entire staff.
