The service was very good. Salads were fresh and good. Not impressed with the prime rib. It was very dense, chewy and lacking juiciness that you expect when served medium rare. Based on some of the reviews that explicitly raved about their prime rib I anticipated something better. Perhaps it was an off night and the meat was in the hot holding unit for too long.
We had the most fantastic service this morning from Courtnay! She is attentive and energetic, which breathed fresh life into our cold, slow morning. Courtnay's brilliance and positive attitude are what will make us return to this establishment.
If you are needing bar service this is the place to call. Rachel was great to work with! We had everything planned out over one phone call. Day of she was there ready to go with her team. ☺️
