One of the best meals I have ever had! We ate at Marble last night and got to experience their new and diverse menu (including a new Sauvignon Blanc!)! I had the Confit Duck with veg and polenta. It was SO amazing, tender and flavorful!! The sauce or reduction on the dish was so delicious!! My husband had the black cod special and it was also incredible!! Chef came out and visited with us and was simply delightful and interesting! Billings is VERY fortunate to have Marble Table!

Some of the best food I’ve had!!! The food is so so flavorful, naturally made, and delicious. After eating you feel so good. The menu has such a wide variety so everyone can enjoy! The combinations of flavors shows how talented and creative the chefs are. The fries are fried in beef tallow and are incredible!!! By far the best fries I’ve had. The restaurant has a beautiful and cozy atmosphere and the staff was so kind, welcoming, and hard-working. I highly recommend this place,...
