Food appeared a lot nicer than it was. We asked for our bison burger medium well to taste the meat, but it came well done. We brought this to the attention of our server, and she said she didn't hear that I had requested "medium" and that the chefs weren't that "advanced" here, so they only did one temperature. It was an odd thing to say at a place with high prices and that serves burgers and expensive steaks. So while our burger tasted fine, it was nothing special, and I guess neither is this place. Cheese curds were good though!

Went there for my birthday steak. Decided to have a buffalo rib eye. It was kind of flavorless. Next year I'll stick with beef steak. Overall a good experience.

Montana club had become one of my and my friends new favorite places to frequent, until tonight. We were sat on the bar side and were waited on by a lady who was unavailable most of the time. The table was dirty and had to go ask for silverware. We ordered the prime rib dip (as we always do) ((which is usually SUPER good)) — the meat on the prime rib dip was clearly roast beef (totally okay, just didn’t want to be charged for prime rib when it was roast beef) we were hungry and our waitress was unavailable still so we ate them ((again, still super yummy)). We saved a piece of the meat to show the waitress and I asked to double check that we would only be charged for the French dip instead of the prime rib dip. Our concerns were totally dismissed and the waitress said she had served 6 right at the same time and it was right. I was appalled by the customer service we received when trying to talk to our waitress. She said she would double check with the cooks but we heard her go to the back and start complaining to a waitress about the situation. We were totally dismissed and it was very clear it was her way or the highway and she was right and we were wrong. Super sad cause we loved this place but definitely will NOT be back. I didn’t even care really that we were charged for it- but was so taken aback by the customer service. Big yikes.

I have frequented this restaurant many times in the past, and I have had a great experience until tonight. I was sat at the tables by the bar and was waited on by a lady who frequently was unavailable. The fork was dirty, and had to go to the bar to get another. The salad was wilted and old. All that aside was still excited for my favorite dish. Unfortunately what I received was not what I ordered. I had ordered a prime rib dip, and received a French dip with cheese. Obviously one is made with prime ribs and the other is made with roast beef. Because of our waitress’s consistan absence we choose to eat our meal and just ask that it was corrected on the tab. When asked she replied that it was the prime rib dip because it had cheese on it and the French dip did not come with cheese, even though there was a few pieces of roast beef left on the plate. She proceeded to tell us that there was no way that they were wrong because she had place 6 other orders for them and then everyone’s would have been wrong. But that she would double check with the chef. She assured us that she did and we paid and left. With all that being said if that was the prime rib dip the meat was thin and dry and nothing like what I have enjoyed in the past. Unfortunately I was not pleased with the service or quality of the food.

It's not good for the price. It's about $30 per plate, and the service is slow. For the price I was expecting better food and service.

2nd time, repeat of the 1st experience. We are out of towners, and each time we show up, family takes us to "this fantastic place." Next time, I will insist for Texas Roadhouse..

I ate here last night, I was very disappointed that my 22oz prime rib came out as a 14-15 oz..
