I wish I could leave a better review. I travel for work and the last time I was in Billings Sassy Biscuit was closed so I was super excited it was open.

While waiting in line to order food your ceiling was leaking. Finally an employee noticed and placed a bucket. After placing our order it took 25 minutes to get our coffees and mimosa flight and another 10 minutes to get our food. I ordered the Kitchen Sink and it arrived in dishware that had chips all over. I work in the industry and when dishware has any type of damage we replace it. I also noticed this on other patrons dishes as well that were dining next to us. The only thing good about the Kitchen Sink was the Biscuit. The potatoes in my dish weren’t even fully cooked, they were still raw.

Unfortunately I left disappointed. Will I return probably not.

Fun funky place for breakfast. Combinations out of your comfort zone. Home fries are a pass in my opinion.

My wife and I came on a Saturday during brunch rush and were told food was 45-60 minutes out. We weren’t in a rush so accepted that. Got a table within 5 minutes of being in the building and ordered shortly after. 1 hour and 45 minutes later, we got our food. Almost 2 hours!!!!! We got a stack of French toast and a “kitchen sink” so hardly a large order

Not once did staff stop by to check on us, offer a complimentary biscuit or drink to tie us over. The poor kitchen guy who delivered the food apologized and offered that the whole kitchen staff is new and inefficient… but if that’s the case, management should be checking on tables. Updating customers that they will be here all morning and into the afternoon just to get their French toast.

Super disappointed. Will not be back

Said food would take 45 minutes. Then 15 more minutes. Then 20 more minutes. Paid for parking and waited an hour and a half to drink some water. They refunded at least

My recommendation: don't go here. I waited for nearly an hour for a $20 biscuit with egg/cheese. After asking about the status of my order, I was offered a complimentary mimosa. Happy to accept. 10 min later, I was told "sorry, we do need to charge you for that". What? I asked about it, there was no explanation. Overall, the place is uncomfortable and overpriced.

I used to love coming here, was the best quality and very reasonable prices. But lately it’s gotten ridiculously expensive (I know inflation) and the food isn’t as exciting.

Food may have been great but seemed they forgot to finish my son’s pancakes so mine wasn’t remotely warm.

Parking: Extremely busy for a very long wait for food

The wait is too long and it's not worth it!

I came here on 3/1/25. The line would have been out the door if it wasn't so cold. The line was wrapped around the tables. My thought was that if the line was so long, then this place had to be good. It took 20 minutes for me to reach the cashier to place my order. The cashier was apologetic about the wait, but it was cool. I ordered: the kitchen sink, the cobbler waffles, and coffee. It took them about 15mins to get me my coffee. When the coffee was given to me, it came with an apology for taking so long, and the girl proceeds to tell me that she didn't realize my coffee was just sitting on the counter next to her :/ after waiting for 20mins from when i placed my order, a cook came up to me and asked if i was there for a pick up order and i said no. That when one of the workers told the cook i was there for take out. The cook told me he had 5 tickets in front of me and it would be 10 to 15 minutes. It took me about 55 minutes from walk-in to walk out of the place with food in hand. It was extremely slow. Im from California, I had read somewhere that they dont move as fast as they do in California here in restaurants. It was worth the wait, though. The food was amazing!!

Let me start by saying that this WAS my favorite brunch place. So much so that after moving away from Billings, anytime we’re back in town we have to go there! Today’s experience totally changed that for us. I put in a pickup order at 10:00 to be ready at 10:45 so we could get on the road for home. When I arrived there at about 11:00, I noticed the staff was having difficulty keeping up with orders so I waited in line for 10 minutes just to ask for my fully paid order. Turns out, the order never came through to their system so even though I had the order/receipt in my email as proof, our order was not even started! The manager said he’d get it made, so we waited, and waited…30 minutes later they’re still “making our food” and the coffee drinks haven’t even been started!! When we did finally get our food, it was incorrrect and I had to ask for the side of bacon they forgot. The coffee drinks were ready 45 minutes later. While sitting at the bar witnessing this incredibly poor service, another customer returned 4 water glasses that she said were dirty and she wouldn’t drink out of them. She also returned a mimosa that she said was delivered with a chunk of food in it - yuck! A second customer came up asking why his chai latte had espresso in it. We experienced the same with ours…normally a chai latte would not have espresso but the employee making coffee drinks insisted this is how she makes them. The drinks were not good!! Again, it used to be great! I can’t believe this place is still in business!! If a restaurant screws up an order, wouldn’t they make it top priority to get that order out quickly and CORRECT? It was a TO GO order! What happened to my beloved Sassy Biscuit?! New ownership/new management? I feel robbed of $50 and 1.5hrs of my time. Save your money and your time!

Sooo incredibly slow, indifferent staff, and you have to basically serve yourself.

Very busy when I went, which is not within their control I do understand but the system of ordering time was bad. I preordered food and when I got there cause it said it was ready they seemed to have forgotten or lost my ticket and haven’t started so I had to wait additional time on top of what I already waited, and when I was notified it was ready, food was cold and there was an eggshell in my burnt eggs. I just decided I just don’t wanna bother eating there
