I came here on 3/1/25. The line would have been out the door if it wasn't so cold. The line was wrapped around the tables. My thought was that if the line was so long, then this place had to be good. It took 20 minutes for me to reach the cashier to place my order. The cashier was apologetic about the wait, but it was cool. I ordered: the kitchen sink, the cobbler waffles, and coffee. It took them about 15mins to get me my coffee. When the coffee was given to me, it came...
Very busy when I went, which is not within their control I do understand but the system of ordering time was bad. I preordered food and when I got there cause it said it was ready they seemed to have forgotten or lost my ticket and haven’t started so I had to wait additional time on top of what I already waited, and when I was notified it was ready, food was cold and there was an eggshell in my burnt eggs. I just decided I just don’t wanna bother eating there
