Highly recommend going in on a Saturday morning,quite time. And watch the random strangers come in for their thirst of alcohol so early in the morning,from upstanding Caucasians to your street Natives. As you waste money in the machine. Because I never win.

I had a slip and fall on ice while approaching the front door at this place of business on March 23rd. I have tried several times to get their insurance information so that I could be compensated for time loss from work and send my medical bills directly to their insurance company. Today I finally got to speak to Josh one of the management crew. Only to have him hang up on me when I pressed for a claim number. Yesterday on April 10th I went to the place of business wanting a copy of the incident report was denied. I am not done pursuing this slip and fall an attorney has been notified of all your wrongdoings!

The vanilla air refresher is way too strong. It is uncomfortable while in the building and you can actually taste it. Won't be back.

Asked for my service animals ID which btw is hugely illegal I have POTS and pass out. Not to mention there was a lady with 2 white crusty dogs in there who were obviously were NOT service animals barking and growling at my very real and decently trained animal. Hmm why do I have a service animal you may ask to make sure that when I pass out that I am not touched while unconscious and helping me stay upright while sitting so that I don’t fall over and bust my head open or to alert me something wrong. Well I presented my service animals ID I politely mentioned that it’s illegal to ask for a service animals ID and she got defensive saying it’s because owner is allergic to dogs and that she’d let it slide this time… you are running a place open to the general public. I have reported this issue to non emergency police and let US service animals legal team know they are asking disabled people for service animal ID. Sure if someone’s dog is obviously untrained and barking and growling at people it’s probably not a service animal but my dog is polite besides his awkward eye contact he likes to give. Anyways this place is not friendly to the people with disabilities that require a service dog! Very disappointed looked like a nicer establishment but obviously wrong. ?
