Used to love getting sandwiches from here, but the consistency has 100% gone downhill since they've moved to this new location. Before they would always deliver consistent service regardless of if I ordered or went to the store during a busy time - but ever since they moved to thus new location there is ALWAYS something wrong with my order every time without fail. The food is still good I suppose, but the inconsistent experience is starting to make it NOT WORTH IT for the price point. Super disappointing.

Very disappointed in our kids “4 inch” grilled cheese, especially at $6.50! Please do better, or don’t lie about the size on the menu. This isn’t the first time this has happened to us, but it’ll the last time it’s gonna happen.

i used to work here not too long ago and its a shame to see how fast the quality plumited - doordashed twice to this location, first time it missed my fork in my salad completely. today, ordered and made sure to call to ensure my fork, right? ended up completely forgetting the bread for my bread bowl. i assume training has totally went haywire, and its unfortunate and disappointing that somethings gone awry twice now. i wish you had a choice to which location you doordash, because the shilo location is way more put together and correct than this location.oh, and i had no queso either. i lost about $3+. definitely needs some work done with the new hires.

1st time visiting a Topz Sandwich Co., and It was Great ! Amazing customer service. The food was delicious, I got a shredded chicken wrap including the soup, red pepper tomatoes. The atmosphere was , nice view through big windows glass , very clean and nice design on sitting tables. I Loved it ! This one is located around King Ave.
I got the Tuckers Turkey sandwich and oh my gosh it was soo good! The Basil mayo changed my life. 10/10 would recommend! Also very friendly service and didn't have to wait super long. They did forget the pickle that's apparently supposed to come with the sandwich I got, but it's a pickle, my life will go on lol otherwise great!

Decent sandwiches, good ratio of meat to bread, but a bit pricey for a 6" sandwich. No hot sandwiches. Tomatoes were WAY under ripe, whitish yellow is not how a tomato should look!
The toasted pastrami and swiss was definitely not toasted. Huge dissatisfaction. My husband ordered the turkey bacon guacamole sandwich..... no bacon, no guacamole. I guess it comes with tortilla chips and they are not very good either. Expensive for bad food. Won't be ordering from here again. Also will not recommend to anyone that they give them a try.The plus is that the delivery was quick, that is the best thing about this so called sandwich company.

When I found out I had to go to Billings, I started looking for new restaurants I had never been to before. One of them was Topz, and I'm glad I tried them! I was with a group that went to a place I'll call Old C. The service was so bad that after an hour of not getting my food there, I came to Topz. I got the queso steak sandwich, and it was really good! They had a lot of options too. Another stand out at this restaurant was the service. I came in close to closing, which I know is annoying to do, but the two gentleman working Tuesday 12/12 were great. They were very friendly and took great care of me. Check this place out for sure! Great food and service!
