I got an order delivered. I have had topz many times from the Shiloh location, this is my first time ordering from the heights. I’ve never had a bad experience with Topz, nor an incorrect order. I don’t understand how this place is rated so low. Delicious meat, bread and toppings. The chips and queso are amazing!

I was charged 17 dollars for a "bowl" of soup (tasted fine) but it was a little Styrofoam cup, barely enough to enjoy. and a "grilled cheese". The sandwich was inedible (bread was nearly impossible to chew/pull off. When I did get a bite off finally there was a very distinct chemical aftertaste. First and last time I will be coming here.

I ordered a shredded chicken wrap and the wrap is 90% chicken, can barely tell the other ingredients are there, and the chicken was so dry that it was basically inedible.

The customer service is great and the eating area is very clean. The chicken sandwich was good. The bread was very good. The chicken was a little bit dry.

Worst experience ever. I thought I would try it since I hadn't yet. Was greeted with a blank stare at the drive up window. I ordered a French dip with mushroom and onion...assuming that a hot sandwich would have grilled mushroom and onion. Meanwhile my drink came out. Good thing I tasted it..was a regular Coke and not the Diet I'd ordered. The meat on the sandwich was barely warm and it had raw onion and a few raw mushrooms on it. Stale chips...wilted pickle...ALMOST $14. NEVER AGAIN! WOUL GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!!

Ordered catered lunch for the whole building and they took excellent care of us. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and great food made for a lot of full bellies and happy campers. Ryan was very helpful and everyone I talked to was so kind. No comment on atmosphere as this was a catering order.

Well if this place was voted best sandwiches in Billing I would hate to visit the worst. Sandwiches were bland and expensive. The cheddar broccoli soup was hand down the worst I have ever had. It was basically dishwater with broccoli stalks. Not impressed with this place.
Was craving a good ol' sandwich and decided to go here which was near my hotel. Super fast, fresh, and yummy. Told them it was my first time there because I was taking too long to look (but it was my first time) and they gave my free queso to try for being a first timer! How nice! Oh, the sandwich and chips were sooooo good!Thank you!

Ordered online and my order was accurate and quick! I got the Beef Queso Sandwich on the classic toasted French roll and a bowl of the baked potato soup.The queso is amazing, so flavorful and delicious! The sandwich was good, obviously with the queso, made it! The tortilla chips that came with the sandwich were also great for dipping in the extra queso. The potato soup was a 3/5 for me, it was good but I wouldn't order it again. Overall, it was decent for a quick sandwich.

Was in from out of town and was close to the hotel for lunch. Got the Italian Stallion, and was great. Service was great, very nice staff. A must stop for sure if you're a sandwich shop lover!!!

Sandwiches have good flavor, very yummy except the put soooo much lettuce on them. Makes the Sammie look bigger but it's a let down when you realize it's all lettuce.
