The store wasn't very clean- cupcake case floors, counters, etc need some tlc. The owner seemed annoyed at any questions regarding future orders that my friend was inquiring about. Overall, the owner seemed to be very unhappy. Cupcakes were okay.

This was the best option for my wedding cake by far. The cake and cupcakes were delicious and they were delivered and staged perfectly. I had flowers set aside for one of my bridesmaids to throw on the cake when it came and they actually decorated it for us when they got there! Use them for everything cause they won’t disappoint.

My boyfriend ordered the snicker doodle cake for my birthday. 5/5 for flavor. 10/5 for construction( we picked it up on a Saturday but didn't eat it till Monday) it was light and moist like we ordered it that day. And the young women that was working the counter on Monday was awesome. Thank you Velvet Cravings, you made one happy birthday girl.

The employee working when I went in was nice. I don’t know if the cupcake cases in the store is proper, but the cupcakes are supposedly made daily so there’s that. I got a dozen for a birthday. They were all very tasty, moist, and delicious, even the next day. Overall, highly recommend.

This shop needs a deep clean. No cupcakes on display on a Saturday morning. I ordered online a dozen of various flavors. They tasted good, but after seeing the condition of the store, i just cant go back. I made the mistake of using the bathroom... the owner is obviously talented and skilled. I really hope she can get things pulled together. I would guess something else is weighing her down and she us just trying to survive.

I called last minute asking for some cupcakes when our plans fell through. Owner stayed 15 minutes late until I arrived, made a super cute arrangement of cupcakes and labeled them because I knew I wouldn't remember flavors. 5 out of 5 stars... our guests loved them!

Don’t have details didn’t get to experience, they say they are open till 4, I get there and there is a paper sign saying we are sold out….. which okay no worries supply and demand, however I wanted to get these cupcakes for my girlfriends birthday today, went to website to order some and there is no way to pre order cupcakes….. not a great business model, (my opinion) I work all the way on the west end from 5am to 2pm, and don’t have the luxury of leaving work or being downtown to just go get cupcakes so it would be nice to be able to order online and pick up. Suggestion velvet, allow to pre order and pick up so everyone can enjoy your products, don’t just list a cupcake kit to make your own, again no time to do that for me either….. make your product accessible to everyone not just wealthy business owners downtown who can leave work at 10am to come get cupcakes for the office. I have spoken.
