A hassle free return turn into a hassle. Don't buy Hisense tvs. They are crap. Good luck returning it. I finally dumped mine in the river.

Walmart Heights has great leadership but even better employees who exemplify professionalism and the best customer experience possible. Labor Day weekend I was shopping across Amazon, Costco, Best Buy and Office Depot but Victoria and Robert (Electronics) got me the best deal, best price and were gracious with their time and expertise. Walmart is lucky to have these employees and, it is a mark of their leadership team that these employees treat customers better than the competition. Thank you Victoria and Robert (Electronics) you are AWESOME!

Optical department. Grandma you need to retire 20 years ago. I have never in my life dealt with someone so entirely unfriendly, unhelpful and not wanting to be there. We don't have contacts here. Point them out, well not the ones you need, we called first, well you dont want to buy them they are expensive, we have insurance, it doesn't cover these, yes it does, well not enough to make it worth it, ya it does, well its too big of a hassle. You need to buy them online

If I could give 0 stars I would. Checking out a ton of groceries with my husband, and had a pack of beer with it. The person at the register first thought I was my husbands daughter and asked for his ID, I didn't have mine because it's in my purse at my house, And because a 25 year old didn't have an Id but my husband was paying and had his ID, she wouldn't sell us the beer he had.. lol so if I waited in the car it wouldn't of been a problem??! Sounds pretty ridiculous to me ahaha! Never coming here again. Just trying to celebrate my husband getting out of the marines but looks like we'll be getting our grocery's and big kid juice somewhere else.

I had an issue regarding a faulty product and needed an exchange. When approached by the manager "tony" he, at first let me know that he would exchange the product out of good faith, even though I provided the receipt. I went and grabbed the exchange and when coming back to the counter I began to apologize, explaining how inconvenient the situation was. I was met with "oh were not even done here." He continued to berade, belittle and haze me in front of my 10 year old niece. He then continued by making demands instead of providing useful information, told me to call management and proceeded to laugh saying that he's the only management of the store. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Walmart, let alone ANY business. Will not return under any circumstances. Allowing someone to act like this should not be in the company policy.

Horrible location , busy parking lot with lots of traffic. Lots of homeless people in parking lot and living in their cars. Causes one to feel like you will be robbed or see a drug deal...

I had a real mess with ink cartridge orders because my apartment building is locked down. The management will not accept package delivery for residents so getting any deliveries is a challenge. I had been dealing with charges and credits for missing deliveries for days when I called the Heights Walmart and spoke to Jenny Day. She understood my frustration and acted immediately to address my problem. She got the cartridges I needed and personally took them to the post office and mailed them to me. I had given up on Walmart for my ink needs until Jenny kindly dropped what she was doing and took care of me. My confidence in Walmart is restored and I feel better. Great customer service matters. Pick up at this location is a joke !! Got a message for ready 15 minutes ago checked in and a car pulled up after me, got their service and left. As I'm am waiting and writing this response . So frustrating . I could go into the store and shop my self faster . On a positive note they have face mask. Wth just notice that they game me seal repair tape and not plumbers tape, that is not the same and just a different brand

Miss Tammy and Miss Pat from the money services desks were so incredibly friendly and nice. I had to get money orders there daily for my job and they were so patient and gracious with me! We need more people like them in my stores back home! These ladies deserve a raise!

Giving two stars is being generous. Every time I go to Walmart the workers are rude very RUDE. One worker has told me before she can't help me because she's to busy and when I commented on it she said fine what do you need I was very displeased and just walked away. I hate going her I always use self checkout cause they're all so freakin rude.

Ok so we went in to get 4 brand new tires we were going to spend at least 800.00 and Andrew working in the automotive department was so rude he first rolled his eyes when we gave him the slip with our size tires on it then he asked us what we needed so we said we needed tires in this size High miles the guy outside said to give him the slip and he would help us then Andrew said he couldn't help us and was very rude and had zero customer service skills.
