The atmosphere sucks in this place. Because nobody can get service quick enough. The manager is the issue in this establishment. The employees are working hard but seem to be disciplined right in front of the customers. I personally witnessed. It is At a prime location. However everybody seems to go to the other restaurants in that area other than Wendy's.
Forgot the fries and nuggets. Lemonade was watered down. Fries received were cold.
Dietary restrictions: Celiac disease can get Taco salad but may experience cross contamination in the chilli

Staff not friendly. And food wasn't fresh so wasn't the best. _______________________________So I decided to give em another chance couple years after going the first time. I ordered a Dave's double no ketchup and they put mustard on it instead. They were called about. They were advised the websites state there's no mustard on the sandwich. The manager then argues and says there's mustard on it and most sandwiches. Instead of just saying I'm sorry now they are arguing with customers. I just don't understand what is wrong with people now a days. If you don't like your job..find a new one. Im done spending my money on ungrateful companies with horrible staff.

Delivery drivers need not come here, food is never ready on time forcing other food in car to get cold. Gone in every ten minutes to see if it's ready for almost an hour now.

Never had an issue before, usually great service and the food is fresh. But like I don't know what crawled up their asses tonight but the customer service was horrible and the food was smashed and old. Will probably give it a bit before I go back

Someone’s needs to get the girl working the second window 9/19/24 evening shift a snickers . I’ve never had someone so rude. She handed me a bag of food and said nothing, so I wasn’t even sure it was everything. I open the bag (it’s had been literally 5 seconds) and the girl opened the window and said “if you’re checking we have everything you’ll need to move.” I said I just need to make sure I have a reciept. She barked at me that she “PUT IT IN THE BAG” and rolled her eyes and shut the window. I drive away and of course I’m missing two items but honestly would rather be hungry than deal with that brunette girl again. I’ll drive to another Wendy’s next time

The Wendy's on Central is my favorite, but the other locations are great too... The one on Grand has forgotten certain items like baconator fries or a burger, but they make it right once they are aware of the issues.

The customer service here is deplorable, the food isnt fresh and management is extremely lacking in problem solving and customer service. Ever since Wentana took over its been going downhill. Im going to avoid this location as thr price and bad experiences have tuenedme off Wendys here. I'd rather go to Dairy Queen next door their customer service is top notch.

The only good thing here was the customer service, which was very nice. The bathroom was disgusting. The floor was sticky. The food tasted day old. It was not very busy and everything was cold and stale tasting. Every single thing. the fries ,the chicken nuggets, and the junior bacon cheeseburger. Wendy's is one of my favorite fast food places so this was very disappointing to not enjoy anything that I was eating.
