I order tonight told them I wanted two large dr peppers ended up with three and my sprite and I said I wanted a #6 spicy chicken didn’t get that but two one numbers with my meal and they didn’t even put it on the receipt when I seen it on the order boarded my appetite gone ruined and they said I had to wait another 30 minute wait like no thank you.

After today I will no longer be visiting this Wendy's location. It seems about 50% of the time, something is wrong with the food or it's the wrong order entirely. I've got baconators before with no bacon, bacon fries with no bacon and other peoples orders entirely. Today we got the wrong drink, the asiago ranch club had mayo instead of ranch (Kinda defeats being a ranch sauced sandwich) the tomato slice on the sandwich still had the stem in center of it, and the sauces we asked for we did not receive. I do not recommend this Wendys at all.

This is the third time I have ordered at this Wendy's. Items are missing. I ask for no ice - but I get ice in my drinks. I ask for a receipt - but no receipt. I ask for a drink carrier and the server rolled her eyes at me and slammed the drinks into a carrier. I ask for a bag and I get the eye roll again. Customer service is horrible. I have complained before, but the service has not improved. Stay away from this location.

Order is always missing something whether you arrive at lunch or dinner. Staff is poorly trained and lack customer service skills. Staff will blatantly ignore customers at the counter until conversations are completed. If you order through drive thru and something was wrong they make you wait an additional 10. I guess I'd recommend going into the building knowing this will happen. Good luck getting any food warmer than room temp, and if you call to speak with management it's clear they don't require drug testing for a job.

This review is for Tasha. What’s nasty attitude and poor customer service. We pulled into the drive through at 10:24 and the refused to sell us lunch since they don’t start that until 10:30 and wanted us to go park and wait. When I asked kindly If they’d still serve it, they threw back with an attitude. We drove to another fast food place with better service. Management needs to train their staff and management needs an attitude adjustment. Wendy’s looses money from low end staff like this. We will kindly submit to corporate for awful service as well.
