The inside was clean with no other customers. Then I realized why…. The drive through line gets such preferential treatment that inside customers are neglected. I believe the issue is that inside customers sre on the same wait list as pick up services, where the prep person thinks they have 5-10 minutes to put the order together. Our order was behind two pick up service orders, so needless to say we waited and waited while the drive thru line just flowed right on through. Don’t go inside at this place or you’ll get a cold burger like I did.

Went to Wendy’s this Sunday evening. I haven’t had one of their meals in a long time - but it is an all time favorite of mine. I cannot tell you enough this is the best I’ve had it! Super fresh chicken, bacon and filled with veggies! But the best party - it’s staying together like it was made with care. Fresh fries. Food came out under 5 mins. Very impressed, keep it up Wendy’s Central Team!

GM left when they opened the new store by Cabela's. After she did, this location took a DIVE. Fries are always gross, even today when we ordered lunch literally the minute they started serving it. Waited 10+ minutes to get food, when it should have been the quickest and freshest time of day to get lunch. If you want Wendy's, pick a different location than this one.

My girl works at this Wendy’s, and during a rush one of the managers there told me to get out when I was trying to order food, although I was causing no disruption to other employees there, otherwise food was good and so was service.
Kid-friendliness: This fool threw my food in my bag and made a mess and she never gets my name right. She is too retarded for this job
