GM left when they opened the new store by Cabela's. After she did, this location took a DIVE. Fries are always gross, even today when we ordered lunch literally the minute they started serving it. Waited 10+ minutes to get food, when it should have been the quickest and freshest time of day to get lunch. If you want Wendy's, pick a different location than this one.

My girl works at this Wendy’s, and during a rush one of the managers there told me to get out when I was trying to order food, although I was causing no disruption to other employees there, otherwise food was good and so was service.

Food is hot and fresh most of the time. Most Wendys are lacking servers with personalities. Some are so obvious that they don't want to be there, it kind of ruins the atmosphere.

I checked online what time the lobby closed, and it says 12:30. I got here around 10:15 and walked inside. The kid cleaning the lobby was visibly upset. Apparently, the lobby was closed, but he neglected to lock the door. They took my order inside and then made me go through the drive thru, which had 7 cars in it, hence why I went inside in the first place. When giving me my change, he tried to throw it in my hand and missed it, so I was picking change up off the ground. The girl in the drive thru informed me(with attitude) that I had to go through the drive thru to get my food because the lobby was closed(but doors not locked) even though i was inside already. I told her what the hours said online, and she told me either I was wrong or online was wrong. And to top it off, my order was incorrect. The manager was nice but those two employees are terrible. I did nothing wrong, wendys and their employees did, yet I was made to feel like this whole debacle was my fault. If anyone from wendys sees this and thinks I am not being truthful, watch the cameras, and you will clearly see everything, including me picking up my change from the ground.

I was ready to give you guys five stars tonight you guys had me in and out of your drive-thru and no time however your customer representative at the window wanted to roll her eyes and say oh my god when I asked for extra Ranch I come through this drive through very often quite often enough that you guys all know who I am I made sure she knew that I was willing and ready to give you guys five stars tonight but tonight you got three maybe she should work on that a little bit better normally the scale is a very nice girl tonight not so much
