Very rude for no reason. Ordered drive through pick up and accidentally drove past the ordering station since it was completely empty. They were very rude and made us pull around and waiting in the parking lot even though there wasn't anyone in line.

Mathew and Kristen are awesome!!!! So super sweet. Im a silly toy collector and Matthew went above and beyond to find all 6 of the alternate versions of the toy I was looking for!!! Not to mention the food is fresh and delicious. This location is super clean and the staff gets your order out to u swiftly!! Thank u Matthew and Kristen for making my visit here awesome!!!!!!!

When they ordered dinner, the guy with black fingernails told me the fries of regular fries. Weren’t ready to pull around. Waited for five minutes. I used to work at Wendy’s. It only takes 3 to 4 minutes for fries to be done in the deep fryer so five minutes I mean yeah it takes a minute to pull them out. Let them salt them blah blah blah. I waited an extra minute just in case After being told to pull around so I waited a total of roughly 6 to 7 minutes. Never got my regular fries or fries or whatever they said type of fries were on hold spent three dollars for him for a large fry but I’m just never gonna go back to that Wendy’s again because the customer service clearly sucks you get told to pull around wait there don’t even get your full order that you paid for so I would not recommend going back to that Wendy’s especially when that guy is working or when you only see one two vehicles in the parking lot, especially don’t go around 8:30 because clearly they won’t have anything ready and they don’t know how to bring you your fries when they tell you to pull around and I’ll bring it to you

For weeks now I've been trying to use my rewards but every time I try they tell me the system is down and one I can't use my rewards and two if I buy something I won't get credit for the rewards. If you're a rewards member you might consider using another location until they get this figured out.
