I had never been to a WinCo before. The girl checking me out, named Elizabeth, made me feel completely stupid in front of the people in line behind me simply because I didn’t know I couldn’t use a credit card. I spoke and she wouldn’t even look at me, making me like I’m a crappy stupid human. She claimed they own part of the store…… great, well guess what Elizabeth, I will never be back because of how you made me feel. Horrible service. First and last time at a WINCO.

Love love love, Winco! The prices are good and they have a wide variety of items. I get my dog treats there at a fraction of the other stores, and they have marrow bones as well. Some organic vegetables and produce are available. They have bulk items, which is my favorite. It's better to go on weekdays because the weekend lines can be long. You bag your own groceries here, so be ready for that. Great place to shop and friendly staff.

Use to love this store, but it seems to be managed very terribly lately. Miss self checkout, cause now there is always like a 20-30 min wait even in the middle of the night. Some of the staff are also super rude. I waited in line tonight for almost 30 mins, as I get up to front he closed the lane, and made everyone who had been waiting go to the back of a different line. I get he probably needed to go on break, but he could have given people a heads up or closed the line (from the back) awhile ago. No longer shopping at WinCo.
