This place was recommended to my friends and me by the staff at Ting's bar in Jefferson City, and it did not disappoint. We had steaks -- which we watched get grilled -- and massive baked potatoes. Lots of pepper, but they were pretty good. The bar itself has plenty of space, bartenders were super friendly (even to non-locals), and we had fun dinking around on the slot machines and games as well. Highly recommend, and would easily go back for a tasty steak dinner.
A dive bar that borders on magical, I have made the trip from Bozeman to Boulder just to come here. The menu is simple but good and there's beauty in the simplicity of just putting a grill IN the bar. A place of legend that I will return to time and time again.Great food, funny staff, and friendly patrons make it a wonderful and inviting place to have a few pints. I have thoroughly enjoyed every moment I've spent here.

Had no expectations when I walked in, but was surprised by how seriously this bar takes their steak. It was still mooing when it arrived out in front of me, and although not cheap, these are excellent cuts of beef. Steak was incredibly well seasoned and came with a baked potato which is always yummy. Bartenders were fast and friendly, definitely worth stopping by!
