This place has the most excellent food! Nice cozy atmosphere, very pleasant staff. They start making food at 10:30 in the morning. The sirloin sandwich they have on Sunday for lunch is amazing! The steaks are locally sourced, and are supremely good and tender. The cheeseburgers are very good, the Windsor dog is very good, and it's huge. It's especially tasty from being grilled on the same grill as the steaks, so they pick up that wonderful steaky goodness, and they even grill the buns. They also have tater tots and waffle fries to finish out your plate. You can also get food late at night, they cook the food at night in the air fryer, and they can even fix tombstone pizzas in a little air fryer cooker.

Came here on a local friend’s recommendation after a disappointing steak at Ted’s and wow, what a difference. For $50, I had an incredible ribeye that completely blew my expectations out of the water. Juicy, flavorful, perfectly cooked. And the drinks? Very reasonably priced, especially for the quality.
What really stood out is that the bartenders not only mix drinks but also cook the food and do their own dishes. As someone who’s was in the bartending industry for 15 years, I was genuinely impressed. Talk about hustle and talent.
Service was friendly and welcoming, and we happened to be there during someone’s birthday celebration, so the owner generously treated us to a free drink with our steaks. That kind of hospitality sticks with you.
This place is the definition of a solid hometown bar, laid-back, authentic, and full of character. And the fact that you’re getting some of the best steaks in Montana cooked right behind the bar? I’m all in.
