Ok food. It’s combined with a KFC. It’s been here a long time and the building is definitely showing its age. For the longest time it was extremely dirty inside. It’s gotten a little better recently and the service has improved a little as well.

Got half of my $50 $60 order ordered a 16 piece meal. Got eight pieces of chicken ordered two mac & cheese got one got three biscuits and you can’t even call to talk to anyone because they don’t have a message machine and no one answers the phone. this place sucks !

We ordered rootbeer freezes and recieved a cup of rootbeer that was creamy from a small amount of ice cream. There wasn't even enough icecream in it to make the rootbeer cold. When I asked the server about this I was brushed off and told that it was a freeze. Funny, one would think a freeze would actually be cold and have a consistency thicker than liquid.
They refused to give us 8 cups of water. “That too much”. We have 7 kids and ordered $50 worth of food.They also refused to honor my son’s AW coin which he had been saving for many years.We won’t be back.

Walked 45 minutes from campus for their lobby to be closed. I came at 6:30pm. You’d think they’d have their lobby open for college students.

Rarely do I post negative reviews, but this place is an absolute joke of an establishment. I know Bozeman can only get 14 year old kiddos to work service these days, but good lord they are VERY unfriendly and not helpful at this A&W location. Do better!!
