Uggggg. I literally never order delivery! but after a very stressful, emotional day, and staying in a hotel. decided to treat myself with my favorites. Greek gyro, cheese sticks and a milk shake. Boy did y'all hurt my feelings. Hardly any tzech. sauce on my gyro after I requested extra because I paid for extra meat. Cheese sticks tasted hours old and no straw for my milkshake. And let's not talk about zero napkins. Perfect ending to my already spectacular day. You'd think a $30 order for one could have used a little more effort.

First of all not only was our order forgotten, cashier didnt give us back our debit card.. called and said we would get it within 24 hours. They would let the manager Jax know.. went there and Jax had already called our bank and our bank canceled our card which we NEEDED . Now have to wait until a new card is sent out . Absolute BS..

I LOVE the options and the food is delicious however, I order Uber at work pretty regularly. And every time I request extra horseradish or Bronco Sauce I get 5 if not any. I order about 60 worth every time. I don't see why sauce should be an issue. 🤔

I like arbys auite a bit and order it somewhat frequently, however the last couple times I have gone the food as been cold and the service unsatisfactory. Most of the time I don’t says anything but this time my arbys sauce and marinara are misssing as well as the food is cold. Feel like this is an easy fix Arbys

Everytime I order pick up from this location something is screwed up, even though I've never seen the place busy.
At least tonight I received the correct items but despite being there within 10 minutes of ordering EVERYTHING was cold and once again both *large* orders of fries weren't even half full.
We do love the food, it just sucks to always leave disappointed.

Went through the drive food. Order was accurate and quick.
Ordered a double beef and cheddar with a large curly fry and the box was half empty on arrival and the fries were cold and soft like it was an old batch this has been a consistent event and I will no longer be ordering from there
I always ordered the jamocha shake. Unfortunately they quit putting the chocolate syrup in it. That's what made it the mocha!!! I'm so disappointed.

Did a pit stop by their drive-through, and the person who took our order listened patiently and gave our orders as we asked. For my experience, it was very quick. I went there on a Tuesday at around 3-4.

Just ordered two meals and they didn’t give me the Au Jus sauce in one, and the other I didn’t get my mozerella sticks as my side. Was home sick so I paid around $40 total for it to be delivered. Didn’t even put them in the bag.
