My husband and I loved the Bitteroot Bistro! We had the short rib and the burger - both were absolutely delicious. The restaurant is beautiful, warm and inviting, and the staff were all super friendly. Our new favorite restaurant in Bozeman!
Quite, quaint with rustic charm. I will be back to this restaurant every time I go to Bozeman! The food was incredible!! We had the beef short ribs with mashed sweet potatoes. All of the staff were very knowledgeable of the food and that was also important to me being that my family has some allergies. We will go back soon!
Best beef rib I ever had. It's a 'must have' when traveling through Bozeman. Never had anything like it. Chef obviously loves what he does. Haley, our waitress, knows her stuff, friendly, and knows how the food is being prepared. Much thanks to the team at Bitter Root.
