My family and I visited the Black Pearl for the first time today and Charlotte was very friendly and helpful. I have a severe pineapple allergy and Charlotte looked through all of the ingredients for the Bento boxes and was able to pinpoint my allergy on two items. She offered to refund my order or to switch out items. Charlotte is the best.

This is the best place to get Boba! Friendly and relaxed ambience to the place and was greeted by friendly employees who were knowledgeable and helpful with picking out choices. Family friendly and a good place to dine in or out. Authentic, great quality Boba and would highly recommend!

By far my favorite boba place in bozeman, the staff is wonderful and the tea is to die for. Even if i had problems or I made a mistake, I found I berely had to ask before they were remedied; wouldnt consider anywhere else in town for my boba.

Really speaks volumes on the quality of this business as well as the difficulties of running a business in Bozeman. Amazing! One of my favorite places in town!! The people there are so wonderful. (They also have the best boba in the world, I havent found a place that can top it!) I would 100% recommend this place! I also highly recommend trying a bento box!
