Blue smoke did an exceptional job for our rehearsal dinner. The owners are great and more than helped us through the planning process. Food is top notch along with the staff. Couldn’t recommend them enough as a caterer. Also, stop by their food truck in three forks as well!

Blue Smoke catered our daughters wedding last weekend and they blasted the ball out of the park. The food was amazing! Their staff was awesome. Having a COVID wedding presented some unique issues, but they were great to work with. If your looking for great BBQ, check them out! They won’t disappoint!

The brisket, j*** chicken, and smoked Portobello were all excellent for main dishes, and accompanying sides were just as good. The appetizers got all of our guests talking during the cocktail hour. We can't compliment or recommend Blue Smoke BBQ enough!

Visited Todd's Bozone Beer and had dinner just outside. Yummy!
Was at Bozeman Brewing and decided to try a chopped pork sandwich from the truck!! It was the best I have ever had so far!!! Very mild smoke flavor that did not overpower the other elements. So flavorful!! Thanks guys!! Amazing!!

Real Texas Brisket! Not like other brisket in Bozeman, this the real deal, I call it "Lockhart style BBQ", named after the BBQ capital of Texas, Lockhart, Texas, south of Austin: there you have Black's BBQ, Kreutz Market, & Smitty's; it's difficult to find the smoked, fatty & tender brisket outside of Central Texas, also the Rudy's chain, but here you have it right here in Bozeman. As a native Texan living here in Bozeman for the past 15 years, it's been a long wait! Great job guys!
