The dude at the counter talks as though he's got a medical degree, and is incredibly arrogant. He has no formal medical training, and has only read stuff on the internet. He's one of those types, and very confident.
As a long-time customer, I'd watched him behave that way toward others, then it happened to me, and I've never returned.
