THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON EARTH! TERRIBLE KRATOM.

The dude that works there is a monster. Avoid this place at all costs. Unless the dude gets fired like he deserves. His unhappiness is so contagious that youll need to self medicate just after talking to him. Maybe thats his strategy?? To be rude, disrespectful and rub off his bad vibes to make you need to buy more stuff. Great products though.

This guy should absolutely never work in customer service. I was spending good money, and he went on gossiping like a little child to my friends telling them negative things about me. Do not go here, it feels like pulling your teeth out. I asked politely to exchange phenibut for the other brand (same value) and he told me he could, but just stood there like an idiot refusing to after saying he could. He told my friends i looked suicidal, is that how you treat regular customers? And he is just projecting, trust me if you meet him youll see, hes so awkward, rude and depressed. Please owners get someone else to work there cuz the products are great….kratoms ok phenibuts great. Customer service awful.

The dude at the counter talks as though he's got a medical degree, and is incredibly arrogant. He has no formal medical training, and has only read stuff on the internet. He's one of those types, and very confident. As a long-time customer, I'd watched him behave that way toward others, then it happened to me, and I've never returned. Terrible. Do not question their front-man's expertise, and if you happen to work in medicine, do not dare to mention it. The Dunning-Kruger Effect has been working overtime on the poor fella.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time. I was very interested in trying their kava. The guy working today (4/16/24 12:45pm) was rude and seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. I even asked if it was okay that I was in there because the vibe was so off. They only take cash app. I don't use cash app, I probably would've downloaded it right then and there if the experience was more positive. But, by that point I was so fed up with the guy, that I decided to walk out. I guess I'll order from someone else online.

Excellent quality and knowledgeable staff, they give you coupons too. They have a wide array of other herbals and supplements as well. Best shop for kratom and kava in town. Nowhere else can compete in the slightest.
