Perfectly cooked salmon. I was shook by how delicious and perfectly cooked the grilled salmon was. When I asked the server what the best meals were she said the Original Bob (burger) and Bob’s Grilled Salmon. We got both and it did not disappoint on either dish! The burger was juicy and seasoned just right to complement the fresh beef, all on a delicious soft bun with crispy fries on the side. I would not have expected to get a salmon dinner when I walked into a burger joint and I could not have been more wrong. The salmon was cooked absolutely perfectly, and seasoned and sauced perfectly to complement the fish and not overpower it in any way. It was so good that I forgot to take a picture until I was halfway through my meal! The atmosphere was fun and the staff were so fun and friendly, and prices were more than reasonable. We will be coming back whenever we visit town!

Great relaxed restaurant. I love coming here every week on my day off. Beers are delicious and cold. Foods amazing. You come for the burgers but stay for their amazing appetizers. The salmon dish is easily the best thing on the menu, the peppercorn sauce on it is AMAZING.

Waitress seemed like she didn't want to be there. Food was mid. Typical for a bar like atmosphere. Never refilled drinks had to go and get my own water. When asked for utensils the waitress rolled her eyes and never came back. 10min later when asked again she sighed and finally went and got one that had food stuck on it when handed over. Disappointed in this place.

Had Cowboy Burger for take-out and there was a 3" x 2" sheet of wax meat paper in the burger. I initial thought it was tough bacon and upon spitting it out noticed it was this paper.

Still good food, they charge you a fee to pay your bill, just FYI. I'll go again to post the receipt. Service is terrible now, the staff is annoyed you're there to order food, still a Bozeman staple.
