Worst service. Waited 45 minutes for a burger and the bun was burnt and meat was raw. People taking orders have no hospitality training and ignored us for 10 minutes. Instead they talked and played on their phones. I was here a week or so ago and a black girl helped us and I didn’t have these problems. Haven’t seen her here in a bit; Tragic. Don’t eat here.

Came for dinner and my food was undercooked. The kitchen staff need to be fired. The people taking our orders and in the front were beyond rude and have no customer service whatsoever. One tall Indian looking guy and a few girls. Just joking around and on their phones instead of doing their jobs. DO NOT EAT HERE! They will make you wait 25 minutes for two burgers and fries. Smh

This morning 3/2 was there at 6:20 am they were just coming into work. Then the gal tried to tell me this location doesn’t open till 7. Funny site says ALL days at 6 if this is incorrect maybe you should fix. Breakfast sandwich was still cold had to go to office and warm up myself. Pretty crappy and I didn’t get my hash browns because they still hadn’t started warming up the grease to do my little hash browns. .

We got chicken nuggets and fries, both tasted horrible and gave me a sour feeling in my stomach. I wish I could give zero stars. I get that it’s fast food but this is seriously bottom of the barrel. We never go to Burger King already as this was a one off trip with some friends but I don’t care who invites us in the future, we will never be going again. Buyer beware.

Am sick and my partner just went to get me some food and it was the most disappointing thing ever he order a bacon king and got a dbl burger without cheese mayo or ketchup and the bun was burn as hell who ever they employed need to be trained nene run my life experience this mess

Food is decent but prepare for sit down restaurant wait times and to likely receive the wrong order! Placed an online order and still waited about 20 minutes from when I arrived only to get the wrong order. Shakes are great (especially Oreo). Staff ignore you for the most part. Restaurant is fairly clean.
Went at the drive thru. Ordered two impossible with no mayo. When I got home I realized they forgot to remove it. On the order receipt was clearly specified no mayo so it was the kitchen's mistake. Afterwards I returned for a remake, the remake was ready fairly quick but again, when I got home had another surprise. It was rushed so badly and the party was undercooked so much that all the juices war dripping into the bottom burger bun that eventually got soaked and became soggy like a sponge. Couldn't eat that raw stuff that barely touched the grill, I just tossed it and forgot about my meal. Thanks for the fries and sauces.

I ordered multiple items with sauce. I received no sauce. I ordered a rodeo burger, I received no onion rings and an excessive amount of mayonnaise on the burger. Don’t order from here, don’t eat here.

I went with all 1 stars because there isn't a way to give less. The service was so slow and the cashier tried being pushy for us to finish our order after our first meal when we still had two more to go then my mom is trying to figure out what she wants and had to rush her order...
Also we was the only people here and still had to get pulled of to the side for some janked up sloppy put together food.
The atmosphere was so dull from start to finish and when we got to the window for our food there was no energy of any kind and we felt unwelcome.
Idk what is going on with burger King now but back when I worked for them none of this was allowed and got fixed instantly when brought to attention but this has gone on at this store for years honestly one of the worst fast food spots and deffinatly the worst burger King
