We love strolling main and along with it, ducking into the abundant restaurants. The Cannery was the place that day! Belly up to the bar and order a local craft beer which was ice cold and delicious! Hubby and I weren't that hungry so I ordered a side salad with blue cheese and hubby ordered the hot dog with fries. Both arrived ten minutes later. My salad also had a local bakery roll which was so delicious my eyes rolled back for a couple of seconds. Just sweet and buttery...
i sometimes come in from my walk to work to get some water, and a couple of times i even asked for orange juice!! ( they didnt let me pay, said i could have it ) the waiters are super nice and i really like that place ( once again pls respect the waiters theyre awesome )
20 years ago I would give 5 stars everyday when Bob was still running the bar. Sadly, this iconic place is just a bar that lost its personality. It's hard to find management to keep the atmosphere and service the same. My mom spent 2 decades here, then is spent another decade here, thanks for 30 years of great times Bob!
