Very quiet - at least the couple times I’ve poked in here. Stopped in for a late night cocktail and dessert. Two guys scoops of ice cream and a rather underwhelming cookie each for $5. Ice cream was delicious. Cookie felt tiny in these days of excess - but it was tasty. Old fashioned was tasty but significantly more rye forward and not to my liking. Large bar area with plenty of seats. Chill, dark and funny vibe for a midweek.

(Would give it 10 if I could!) We had an absolutely outstanding experience at The Carlisle in Bozeman, from start to finish. The Wagyu ribeye and Montana pork chops were incredible. The steak was cooked to perfection — tender, richly marbled, and melt-in-your-mouth. Amazing service, we sat in the lounge and love the cozy and upscale vibes. I had an Old Fashioned with a hint of maple, which was perfectly balanced.
Executive Chef Daniel even stopped by our table which made the whole experience feel personal and genuine. The food was fantastic, but the experience was even better. We’ll definitely be back — might even make a road trip just for dinner!

I had a wonderful experience for a girls night out! The 16oz wagyu ribeye was literally to die for! Melted in my mouth! The salt and sauce accompaniments were the perfect compliment to the steak as well! As a foodie from a big city, I was so impressed with the hospitality and the quality put into the meals were phenomenal. Executive chef Daniel, was so attentive and even came to the table to make sure our dishes were served to perfection! World class experience here!

Incredible Steak and Even Better Service! We had an amazing dinner at The Carlisle! The steak was cooked to perfection — tender, flavorful, and easily one of the best we’ve had in Bozeman. The service was outstanding from start to finish; our server was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a night out. Highly recommend The Carlisle for anyone who loves great food and genuine hospitality! I recommend the ribeye with truffle salt and the tallow butter was the cherry on top.

Daniel is an amazing executive chef. He came to our table and checked on us multiple times. We had a large group and he was willing to make the meals family style so we got to try multiple things. I had never tried tartare or wagyu before and they both blew me out of the water. Will be recommending the Carlisle to everyone who comes and visits Bozeman! Thank you for the hospitality!!

We booked the Private Dining Room for our friends bachelorette dinner and oh my goodness, they knocked it out the park! From the welcoming us at the front door by name, to perfectly cooked steaks, top tier wine selections from their Sommelier Kevin! Our waitress Diana was the definition of hospitable! And the executive chef, Daniel, checked on our table throughout the night and ensured everything was to our liking. 10/10!

Carlisle Restaurant downstairs… 12oz Beef Coulotte.. AMAZING. $50.. but ask for the salt and sauces. I was sad when I finished this mammoth steak. Amazing service also.

We were greeted by the manager, a well-dressed man, who said “Welcome Friends.” I love that! He checked on us later in the evening as well. Our server Diana, was amazing. She was attentive, knowledgeable and thoughtful. The crab cake appetizer was spectacular, enough for the 4 of us to share. Everyone loved the burger, delicious! The pork tenderloin medallions were a little overcooked, a little dry but with good flavor. While the pork was very hot, the sides, a parsnip mash and brussels sprouts were barely warm. Pretty place, gorgeous wine room. We will be back!
