Absolutely phenomenal dining experience. Service is the best in Bozeman. And so is the food. Cannot recommend enough. I will be a regular here. Kate and Jeff are attentive and skilled bartenders.
Very quiet - at least the couple times I’ve poked in here. Stopped in for a late night cocktail and dessert. Two guys scoops of ice cream and a rather underwhelming cookie each for $5. Ice cream was delicious. Cookie felt tiny in these days of excess - but it was tasty. Old fashioned was tasty but significantly more rye forward and not to my liking. Large bar area with plenty of seats. Chill, dark and funny vibe for a midweek.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience at The Carlisle in Bozeman, from start to finish. The Wagyu ribeye and Montana pork chops were incredible. The steak was cooked to perfection — tender, richly marbled, and melt-in-your-mouth. Amazing service, we sat in the lounge and love the cozy and upscale vibes. I had an Old Fashioned with a hint of maple, which was perfectly balanced.
