I was so excited for the chick-fil-a in Niagara Falls, NY to open but this location has been a complete disappointment!! Today was my third time ordering from this location, the first two times the service was slow but I excused that as the location is new and it takes time to get things running smooth. Today, on the other hand, was unacceptable!!! I placed a $90 mobile-thru order, after about 10 mins I received my order which was great considering it was a larger order. Unfortunately, I was still stuck in line waiting behind other cars that were still waiting for their orders. I have never seen any drive thru do this because, of course, it makes no sense! Fortunately, it gave me an opportunity to check my bag and discover that multiple items were missing!! I let the employee know that I was missing an 8oz sauce and 3 yogurt parfaits. I was asked to pull to the side while I waited for my items… for 25 minutes!!! When I finally received the reminder of my order I let the employee know that due to the wait the fries were now cold, the beverages were watered down and the ice cream cone was melted (and had made a mess in my vehicle,) he said he understood and would be unhappy too. No offer to swap out the cold fries for fresh ones, replace the drinks or ice cream. By this point I was too frustrated to even ask for replacements and I can only imagine how much longer I would have waited anyways. Now I am home with $90 worth of cold food, watery drinks and a sticky mess. This is not the service that chick-fil-a is known for and certainly does not justify the cost!!!

The food is classic Chick-fil-A, but the service here is just not up to standard for Chick-fil-A, even for college location standards. Be prepared to be waiting a while, and don’t be surprised when your order is routinely skipped over

The food is mid at best but my clients love it. When I order it’s usually on the larger side which means I waste time waiting. I downloaded the app hoping to order ahead of time therefore not having to sit and wait 20 minutes for my order. Unfortunately the team who designed the app is very short sighted and doesn’t understand you can BOTH order ahead AND deliver fresh, high quality food.

Petty and nasty customer service at my local place. And today I found out 800 number to call about a complaint really ain’t much better. They’re more concerned about their so-called policy that you can’t even read on the little B our guest coupon that it takes a brain cancer surgeon to put some nuggets, four little nuggets and four little biscuits in a separate box and it wasn’t that they wanted to not give away the boxes cause they told me they could give me the boxes and I could separate it myself as I sat there 10 minutes in the line as it was debated back-and-forth, I offered to come in a nice sweet girl said Dont she took care of it She wanted to take care of it, but the manager wanted to shout to everybody mocking me as I watched her and heard her questioning “what allergy”
I am officially done spending any more money at Chick-fil-A !

So happy we have a Chick-fil-A now! My kids and I visit frequently. The food is always amazing, (other than the vanilla iced coffee I got on 6/18, it was horrible), we always buy extra food to take home. The only thing that is less than ideal is the location of this particular Chick-fil-A. If you want to visit you have to park in a parking garage, trek through a building, down several floors, across a street into another building and through that entire building to reach it. But if you love Chick-fil-A, you'll do it. Lol. Then you can either take your food to go, or eat in the college union building, which always feels awkward to me.
After visiting the Chick-fil-A in Columbia, MO, for a breakfast drive-through order, the typical service that we normally get for breakfast at Chick-fil-A has been stellar, at other locations, such as ordering a chicken nugget combo with fries, and just willing to wait a little extra to be able to get them, is usually the case. However, when you visit the Columbia, MO location, they are not customer focused, and they priced every item individually instead of using the combo numbers, with a substitution. It's purely profit over customer service. Furthermore, they said we don't do fries for breakfast, but when 20+ of your other locations do, it's just a poor choice on the general manager of this location. I would recommend that you stay away from this location and visit a different one that appreciates and is willing to assist a customer, rather than to simply say no.

Seriously who reviews the applications for NEW hires at your Eppersonon location , thats who needs to be fired !?! Daughter literally put morning shift only , PT and in college .. Gave hours can work , YOU AGREE and discussed such hours in INTERVIEWS for Epperson location .. HIRES her she covers called out staff to support kitchen. she was transparent about hours and days then 3 weeks in gets assigned to afternoon shifts and she advises all days and hours can work as discussed and agreed upon at time of hiring even though on application and then FIRED via text!!!!!! No explanation .. What world are you owners living in to treat an employee so carelessly!?!? so because your hiring process cant manage properly and hire for what intended slots needed you just let someone go without any information. This is a disgrace to a franchise and I’m disgusted .. I can’t even describe how infuriated I am right now
