Best chipotle of all time , employees just are the best and service is great

This was by far the worst chipotle I have ever gone to. They got my order wrong and when I asked them to remake it they stared me down as if I should just buy it as is. They threw the food in the containers and just tossed it in the bag. They were heavily rude towards me and I will never come back. This place deserves to be 1 star and I would not recommend

I’m a big fan of this place.
Tonight the manager was freaking out in the back room and screaming, which wasn’t very cool. But my burrito was excellent!!

My wife and I went to Chipotle for lunch and they had to re-roll my wife’s burrito and the fillings went on the counter and the tortilla. The girl who wrapped it also handled my food and bag with dirty gloves. We won’t be going back any time soon.

Dirty table tops, very little but very chewy steak, poor lighting, no bag offered. A completely unpleasant experience. This estaishment lost much, much more than its CEO. Now I know. Selling ALL My stock Monday.

I don’t know what changed. I don’t know if they fired people or got a new management but this place is so much better than it used to be. It used to be incredibly dirty 24/7, the rice was always over cooked, nothing was seasoned ever for over many years since it was opened.

Now it actually tastes like chipotle and it’s clean inside. They even have a person who constantly cleans the tops while they make your burrito. Used to be a 1/5, now I’m giving it 5 stars because I’m so happy we actually have a chipotle now. Such a great change!

I sent my son in to get a chicken bowl and the portion was so small. It filled half the bowl. Waste of money.

I love me some Chipotle, but damn this location is awful. The food is fine with my current experiences, but the service from the employees is terrible. In simple terms: they always act pissed. Always slamming food into containers and rushing the customer on their way. I came in at 9:15 to get some chow and the employees are trying to do closing procedures for the place. Online it says the place is open until 11. PLEASE make it apparent online as well as at the front of the store if the hours are different.

It was busy, but not so busy to where the place should have been that extremely filthy. There were no tables to sit at due to the filth. We hesitated on even taking a fork because of how disgusting the area was. The staff was terribly unfriendly. The food was not good at all and to top it off when we went to pay cash at the end we were told we could not have our entire amount of change due to the fact that they did not have cash, and that they were not allowed to go and get cash or something along those lines. So they were just going to keep my money and not offer any kind of solution, good thing I did have a card. Mind you I love when I go out of town and I get to eat Chipotle. It is one of my favorite places, but I don’t think I’ll be going back for a long time. If I could give negative 5stars I would.
