I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this Chipotle location. I love Chipotle and eat it often, but this is by far the worst location I have ever been to, and it has reached a point where I feel compelled to say something.

The portion sizes are consistently unacceptable. One particular employee(the blond girl) is incredibly stingy, giving half scoops of nearly everything, which is frustrating and embarrassing as a paying customer. It feels intentional, and it completely ruins the experience. She also always seems to have an attitude for no good cause. She was working at around 5:20 December 31.

The bigger issue, however, is the food quality, especially the chicken. It is either undercooked, full of gristle, burnt, or some unpleasant combination of all three. Biting into tough, chewy gristle over and over again is disgusting and unacceptable for a restaurant charging these prices. Also, the fajita veggies always end up extremely burnt.

Management is clearly part of the problem. This location feels completely mismanaged. I have walked in multiple times to find the staff acting like they are at a party—music blasting, people yelling, zero sense of professionalism or organization. It does not feel like a restaurant being run properly at all.

This is the only Chipotle location I have ever experienced that has gotten this bad, and it is incredibly disappointing because I genuinely like the brand. At the rate this location is going, it feels like it is headed for complete failure unless serious changes are made.

This store needs new management, better training, and immediate attention to food quality and customer service. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I am updating my experience at Chipotle in Bozeman off Main because they have dramatically changed for the better. The music is at an appropriate noise level and suitable for all patrons. The staff was polite and professional and attentive to the customers. If you wrote this place off it is worth going in and checking out the change. Truly shocked how much better it is.

Every time I come in here the staff is always beefing but idc it’s entertaining and they are all working hard and they are NOT shy on the portions even for to go orders. And delivery. This is my preferred chipotle 13/10

I got a steak bowl, I only got MAYBE 3 pieces that was actually meat, the rest was fat…not very enjoyable to eat fat with every bite…my husband got the same thing, but he didn’t get any meat in his..ALL FAT!!!! Are they getting the leftover steak from other restaurants? Or what’s going on?

Gave me enough cheese to give me a heart attack. I got home, opened up the bowl, and there was an insect crawling around inside of it with something leaking out of its body. This is the first review I’ve left for soemthing, if that tells you how much you should avoid this establishment.

FIrst and last time in. Debated on whether to put in a to go order, but figured I’d do it old school and walk in. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. There was one guy in front of me when I arrived and 3 employees working the food line. Another gentleman was cleaning the grill in preparation for closing. I understand that there are to go and drive through orders to handle, but to not even acknowledge a customer standing there waiting to put in an order (“hey I’ll be right with you”) — never seen that before. Maybe I need to frequent crappy fast food restaurants more often. Was like they resented my presence showing up 35 minutes before closing. Walked out without ordering and picked up a steak at T&C and saved myself $16 and further indignity. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Hours are unreliable. Visited at 5:45pm on a Monday. No note on the door so I just walked in expecting them to be open. Was told they didn’t open for another 30 minutes. Saw two other groups experience the same thing before I left.

Horrible experience at the Chipotlein Bozeman Mt . I don't get rice in my burrito because its just too many added carbs and I love veggies so there is more room for them. It was early when I visited this particular Chipotle. They said they were out of sautéed veggies 'for now'? What is that supposed to mean? Then 'there was no sour cream'? How do you expect people to be satisfied when you are not even past dinner. Also, I go to Chipotle everywhere I visit. This is the only one ever that was being stingy with their portions. It was my mom's first time at Chipotle. What a disappointment .

Our experience at Chipotle was not very good. The rice was under cooked the meat was tough and the service was terrible. Not to mention overpriced.
