Ordered a bowl online and they didn't give me extra of anything I asked extra for, and completely forgot one of the salsas I requested. I can't even imagine how empty the bowl would've been had I not ordered extra on 5 of my ingredients, because even with doing that, my bowl was pretty disappointing and didn't really have much food in it. Don't go unless you can stand there and watch them make it or they'll short you.

I absolutely love chipotle, and this location is no exception. They have plenty of spots to sit, and they were quick moving. The reason i rated a 4 was because their ice machine didn’t work, and i had to drink my soda without ice.

Rude workers. How about you be patient when customers are ordering. You all rush rush rush then get upset at the customer when you screw it up. Slow down and you won't have avocado stickers in the guac.

food portions in bowls are smaller than they should be, i like to go to chipotle to get a good sized meal for a great price but asking for “extra meat” and getting a normal portion and then being charged for “extra” is a little crazy to me. the rice also never seems to be fresh and is always hard. also, the drinks separate from the fountain drinks always taste terrible like they’re not fresh. the berry agua fresca tastes different every time i get it, sometimes good and other times like it’s past it’s shelf life. the counters and tables are always filthy and covered in food making it look unappetizing, you hardly see people sitting down to eat or cleaning areas up themselves just to sit and eat. chipotle is great, just not here. i don’t usually leave reviews but my experience is the same every time leaving me unsatisfied with my purchase. i would suggest going to qdoba down the road. they have better tasting food and better portions that are worth the price.

My order was completely wrong. I had to go through the online chat. They said they would put a credit for a free entree in my wallet and didn’t do it. I then had to waste another 45 minutes trying to get a live person or to get the chat to help, which didn’t happen. So now I have a wrong, inedible order and no promised credit and have wasted nearly an hour of my time. I will be sharing this terrible experience with everyone I know and my 65000 tictok fans as well.

Gave me food poisoning. Clearly the steak is left out for too long. Also they didn't bus any tables so everything had rice on it. Lastly, they were a bit skimpy on the bowl they prepared for me. This is mostly a staffing problem since I've been to other Chipotles that were substantially better.
