Seems as though the boys aren't confident in their abilities to roll the burritos so they scam on the fillings to make it easier. One time my burrito looked like a cinnamon roll. Tastes amazing tho.

The new location has shorter wait time that the Main and 19th location. Very small parking lot but quick service and the same quality food as the original location. You can also order online ahead of time and pick up in the drive thru if you don't want to get out of your call.

When I visited tonight, the team members were all so kind and awesome! They had such great positive attitudes that they lifted my spirits after a tough day. The food at this location is consistently great, but the team here is what really makes the experience. I'm so glad I came in tonight!

Every time, and I mean EVERY TIME that I come here, they're out of mostly everything. And their food service station is definitely below food safety standards. The staff clearly does not communicate with the grill cook. Bummer.... get it together!!

Let start off by saying that the Main St. chipotle lost my business after only two visits due to poor service, inconsistent hours and small portions so when this store opened, I was excited to have another option and hoped that this location would’ve recognized the short comings of the other and set out to remedy the problems. And…..they did! This is the OG chipotle experience of the early 2000s. Tasty food, quick and friendly service and most importantly, good portions sizes! I’ve been twice and so far they’re batting 100! It’s refreshing to know that when a chipotle craving hits, that need can now be satiated. I’m a big big fan and elated that a new and superior store has opened here in town. Now if the other store is smart, they’ll step up their game because the future is dark if they don’t. Good work guys!!

I was excited to see this store open since it’s a few blocks from where I live, but went in for the first time & was appalled at the lack of cleanliness & poor customer service. Basically all the tables to dine at (I presume) had not been cleaned all day. Food & garbage everywhere. Makes you wonder about the safety of the food.. the guy in front of me, myself, & then somebody behind me waited for longer than you would expect while the guy working the cash register made small talk with someone. A gal finally assisted me but she wasn’t friendly & seemed to have a lightly annoyed attitude about having to deal with customers & not be in the back doing prep work. Not impressed, unfortunate. Hope this business turns it around!

Was hopeful this would be better than the main street location, but guessing same owners/management? Dirty store, under staffed, and the guy fixing the food for people was the same one checking people out. With the same gloves. And no, he didn’t change them after using the cash register. Gross.
