This place is good but not as good as the one in Billings. The drive through is awkward and they are a little slow.

I also asked to make sure there were two shots in my mocha and I got four. They didn’t clarify. I didn’t say add I said I wanted two shots of espresso. Still it was better than Starbucks and about the same price as Starbucks without extras so would recommend.

Had to yell my order into the speaker over 6 times, and then the barista still did not have my order right at the window. I told her she needs to tell management and make the incident be known, because this has been going on for months. Her response “ it’s not my job to fix the speaker “

You just gotta get the coffee order correct! And you can’t do that unless management knows about this glaring issue this establishment has had for months on end.

Terrible service. The guy at the drive-thru was extremely rude and didn't give me time to order my food. When I got to the window, they simply took over 10 minutes to prepare the coffee I ordered.👎

my favorite coffee place ever but these people need to get it together. im here 4-5 days a week and this is the second time in 2 weeks i’ve had to leave because my order isn’t ready, not 10, not 20, not even 30 minutes after i ordered it. one. coffee. 30+ minutes. so disappointed. never got a refund.

Slowest. Drive thru. EVER!

Ordered a few sandwiches and muffins. Immediately regretted it after being stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes, with screaming children and a panting dog.

I blame poor management and zero training given to the GenZ baristas.

They always get my food order wrong. They’ve given me things I’m allergic to more than once. They never give me sea salt chips and ALWAYS give me the salt and vinegar which is NOT what I want.

I want a refund!This was horrible service!. I used the mobile app to order. My pick up time was 12. I arrived at 11:50, was in line til 12:15. I ordered 2 Chai teas. It tasted like flavored water that I asked to be extra hot. I’m so disappointed 😔 I couldn’t return it because it’s a sign on the door saying no workers, inside closed
