I went this morning and the gal accidentally dropped the middle peace of the lid from the blender into my drink. She called the manager over and then both looked at me then stuck her hand into my drink without gloves and grabbed it. She put the lid on, blended my drink and then acted like nothing happened. I’m sure you guys clean your stuff but you should follow health food safe and start over with the drink especially if you stick your hand into my drink then still give it to me.

I came right at opening, 5:30am on the dot. The tables had not been wiped at all. Not big problem for me but I came to do work. The drink was good, iced latte with caramel, the ladies were nice. When my drink was ready i heard my name called, when my sandwich was ready there was nothing. I was the only person there and was listening so its not like i missed it. Now, I got the bacon sandwich and I'm sure it comes prepackaged (I'm assuming) however it came with the thinnest smallest slice of bacon, could see right thru it. That was the most annoying part for me.

Ayden was very rude to me and had a terrible attitude and scoffed at me when I asked for an extra pump of espresso. I will not be going back as long as she’s working here

Every time I come here, the drinks are gross. But today I decided to give them another chance. I order through the drive through and got the sweet cream bc sweet is in the name and I wanted something sweet but it wasn’t sweet and it was very watered down. So I brought it inside and asked for the pumpkin latte or whatever and the lady said that’s fine and she will make it. Multiple people order and get their drinks before me and finally I realize they forgot about me. Overall the girl that helped me did a very poor job and she was rude. This happened at 1-1:30. 30 minutes I was in there waiting for this damn drink.

I like all the City Brew Coffee shops in Bozeman except the one of 7th street. Every time I go there they screw up my drink. Most of the time its when I am leaving town, so I cant go back, and I don't do anything about it. Today I went back because I had enough time to turn around. I ordered a Carmel latte and they gave me espresso with milk and no flavor. I asked if I could have them fix it and they acted like I was huge inconvenience. Then they took forever to fix it. When I got the drink back they just added a ton of flavoring to the original drink. They didnt even re-make it. What a waste of money and and time. I would have better of going to McDonald's for an ice coffee. Save your time and go to one of the many other coffee shops in town that know what they are doing.

I ordered a cinnamon honey decaf latte and I didn't taste any honey in it as I was drinking it. When I was reaching the last few drinks of the latte, there was a huge glob of honey sitting at the bottom of my cup! They didn't stir the honey and I couldn't finish the drink because it was overly sweet. Huge bummer :/

service sucked had to repeat myself three times the sandwich was cold was supposed to get another one and they never notified me so I never got it I asked for a gift certificate for compensation and he gave me a coupon for half off a drink don't go to City Brew on North 7th
