I came right at opening, 5:30am on the dot. The tables had not been wiped at all. Not big problem for me but I came to do work. The drink was good, iced latte with caramel, the ladies were nice. When my drink was ready i heard my name called, when my sandwich was ready there was nothing. I was the only person there and was listening so its not like i missed it. Local stores in bozeman do a decent job considering the head office in Billings has some people trying to squeeze every nickel out of the customer.Been a customer here in bozeman for over 5 years. There have been at least 3 changes to the perks program, all designed to reduce the benefits to the customer.We recently found a coffee hut in Belgrade that has a comparable product at prices about 75-80% of City Brew. Really tired of feeling used by the corporate decisions in billings
It's basically Starbucks. The coffee is meh and overpriced, but the service is fast and the atmosphere is pleasant. Lots of comfy private nooks for studying. It's quite generic, but solidly so.
