All of the food and coffee here is delicious and always so well prepared! The service is some of the best I have ever encountered here in town. Everyone is so kind and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Every single employee I’ve met here has been the kindest soul <3

Cold Smoke is the quintessential remote office for many. I grab a cup'o-Joe a lite snack and dive into my work here for a change to the home office. The staff is exceptional and always brings their A-game to being helpful.

This place has great atmosphere and staff but is clearly owned by some kind of idiot. Always short staffed and short on breakfast items. I roll thru here every couple months just to check and see if it’s changed bcuz I would love to make it my daily stop, it’s right next to my work. Nope, always out of breakfast items bcuz “they sell fast”. Maybe prepare more food? This isn’t rocket science. I come thru first thing in the morning, not sure how it’s “sold out” Maybe bring a staff member into work 30 minutes earlier so you can be prepared for the day? And pay your employees more. I’d happily pay a higher price to get what I actually want from your menu.
Coldsmoke is a great place to enjoy your favorite caffeinatted beverage (or non-caffeinated, but I haven’t tried those yet ?) in an inviting/welcoming environment. It is a great place to do online work, too, if you can work remotely.

Several times now my food has been forgotten, Orders taken wrong, or just overall the food comes out at a time that doesn't make sense for such a small coffee house.
Have been here several times. The coffee is roasted well and always tastes great. There have always been plenty of seating when I was there. Staff is friendly as well. Would highly recommend to anyone who takes coffee seriously.
No complaints! This coffeehouse is always clean and reliable with the quality of their drinks. The shop setup has several different types of seating, making it a fantastic place to go to meet people or to do homework. The only reason why I left 4 stars and not 5 is because I generally save the 5th star for a so-good-you-have-to-go-here-if-you're-in-town kinda place.
My mocha breve tasted like burnt folgers with some cream in it. The Americano my friend ordered was black coffee. She asked them to put some cream and sugar in it like it was supposed to have. She got dirty looks and snarky responses. Not someplace I'll ever go to again.
I usually don't enjoy coffee. But they actually had really good coffee. I had a cinnamon honey coffee and it was so good. I want to learn how to make it.
Love this place ❤ A great place to meet people and catch up. Great service, amazing flavor to all things, and has great gift ideas for the coffee or tea lovers. Meeting rooms are awesome for large and small groups. My favorite is the White Chocolate Mocha Breve and they always get it perfect ?

This place fuels my 9yo chai addiction! And what a thoughtful company providing such a broad space to work and chat!
Vegetarian options: They supply several alternative milks.
Kid-friendliness: They have always been so friendly to whichever kid I have brought in! They will make temperature sensitive drinks when requested and are so patient when my young person is purchasing her own beverages.
Parking: The parking is right outside the building, we have always found a spot when we needed one.
Really want to like this place especially because of a convenient drive thru, but I can’t even taste the espresso in the latte, and the burritos are never sealed so they just make a mess and come apart in your hand, and of course I’m never given any napkins for it.Maybe do a refresher on how to make consistently strong espresso that can be tasted in the lattes otherwise I’m just paying for expensive sweet milk. And another on how to make neat and sealed burritos which isn’t hard at all.
This is probably the last time I will ever be to a Cold Smoke, which is a shame because it is great coffee and good food. This morning I literally was in the drive through line for almost 50 minutes, no exaggeration actually 50 minutes. This is probably the fourth time I have waited in their line for more than 30 minutes. Once you're in the line you can't leave there's nowhere to go. So, after waiting in line, I get to order my meal a simple iced coffee and a burrito. Get to the window and wait about 7 minutes before anyone actually comes to the window to which they do give me the burrito and then asked if I ordered coffee. Fast forward another 7 minutes and I pay my money and she hand me the wrong coffee. At this point it's what it is, and I just leave as I am already late for work at this point. This has to hands down be the worst service I have received from cold smoke or any coffee place in the valley. Sounds naggy but come on almost an hour for a breakfast burrito and a wrong coffee? Walmart has better service. No one inside seems to know what they're doing and there seems to be no leadership at all. Kind of a shame.
We meet here every week for men's Bible study. They could not be more hospitable and welcoming. Oh yeah, and they have great drinks and food.
Parking: No issues. Plenty of parking.
Delicious coffee, yummy muffins, spacious interior with plenty of tables (we love the cozy booths!), and friendly service! What else could you want in a coffee shop? We love hanging out here with groups too, and the owners graciously let you reserve a private room in the back.
