This Ethiopian yiracheffe grade 1 coffee was sourced for yet ages bluebella's washing station in the sub-region of side bulky. Tasting notes: wine-like raspberry and mango. Pandemic
Developed in response to the covid-19 pandemic this coffee was designed to bring us together, to support one another, mourn with one another, and celebrate the beauty of all life, and at the end of the day huddle together in your homes to enjoy a fabulous cup of coffee. A flavorful blend of farm-direct coffees from El salvador, Brazil, and guatemala this coffee stands wonderfully without any additives but also pairs well with cream and sugar. Wonderful tasting notes of peanut butter and toffee this coffee is approachable for all coffee drinkers regardless of preference. With a smooth mouthfeel and full-bodied cup, this is a daily drinking coffee that will bring our communities together. You and I are all a part of the pandemic! El Salvador Pacamara
The 2020 el salvador camera crop has just landed and does not disappoint. Sourced through our longest farm partner, and the menendez family farm. Guillermo and his family produce some of the world's highest quality crops year after year. In our 5th buying season from Guillermo and his family, we set our sights on bringing in only the best. We just received this coffee back from coffee review and it is a national award winner of 92 points. Tasting notes chocolate malt, grapefruit, and full body. Specific combinations include a las delicious bourbon, sourced from the menendez farm in el salvador. Colombia la Colombiana excelso (caturra) from estela londo in Colombia, and an ethiopian yirgacheff (small batch holders) from heyes yeheyes in ethiopia. Cold Smoke is the quintessential remote office for many. I grab a cup'o-Joe a lite snack and dive into my work here for a change to the home office. The staff is exceptional and always brings their A-game to being helpful.

Coldsmoke is a great place to enjoy your favorite caffeinatted beverage (or non-caffeinated, but I haven’t tried those yet ?) in an inviting/welcoming environment. It is a great place to do online work, too, if you can work remotely.
