3 employees giggle in the back, one guy does all the work. I’ve been standing here for 30 minutes, totally ignored by the staff. What a joke this place is.

This store hours are not good for business, needs to post hours better on door for customers to see so you don't let potential customers walk away.

The store will be open again soon! Cold stone will be great again!

I went there few times, it's alright, I wouldn't go there always, the ice-creams are good though.

Just was there at 315 on a Saturday and google says they should be open but lights are off and doors are locked. Fix yourselves

When they are open, they're great. I haven't experienced the rude staff others mention in their reviews. However, it's very hit or miss whether they will be open when you go. They were closed yesterday, Saturday 3-8-25 at 2:30 in the afternoon. No sign saying why or anything. Just locked doors. It's not the first time I've found this; from other's reviews it's apparent it's very common at the Bozeman location. I don't see how they can stay open much longer if this continues.

Went to go get ice cream with my family at 7:30 p.m. with in there business hours and there locked up and all lights shut off i can't believe a business can survive with always being closed

Permanently closed, we’ve been to this location multiple times over the last few months and not once have the lights been on. Safe to say they’re closed and will not be able to serve you.

Was closed the day that I was supposed to pick up a birthday cake. I had ordered 2 days in advance and had no notification that they would be unexpectedly closed. Hope to get my $40 back!

Ordered 2 custom cakes for my son’s birthday to pick up on a specific day over the phone. Drove 2 hours 1 way to pick them up the day before my son’s birthday and they’re closed at 2:00 pm during business hours, no answer on the phone. Try explaining to a young child the ice cream cake he really wanted is no longer an option and having a 4 hour round trip you planned strictly to get the cakes for him

Said there hours were 11-9p.m. and i showed up at 2 for an order and the doors were locked. the man that opened the door wasn’t even aware that there were orders and it looked like he was getting ready to hop on a bus to leave. 0/5 stars. absolutely unbelievable

Does anybody work here on a Saturday night at 6pm? One person working.... handling the ice cream, making all the different types of ice cream on menu, working the register and then repeat.... i hope your paying a lot for one person to do all

New management and a whole new crew. Very easy to work with and do their absolute best with just getting started. The site says they are closed but they aren't they are open. Best experience I've had in a long while at this location. Good job guys keep it up.
