The store was a mess. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week, and they were out of at least 10 things. We didn’t stay. Service was also very slow and impolite.

This place was disgusting. My son found 2 hairs mixed into his ice cream. The counters were covered with spilled ingredients. They were out of smoothie mix and the blender was broken. The staff looked as if they were inconvenienced that we walked in.

Came in to have ice cream. They were out of waffle cones by 3:30pm and also out of Reese cups for the ice cream. The staff were very distracted. Highly disappointed. My first time here.

I went to pick up my mother’s birthday cake and it was made completely wrong. The directions on the paper that was filled out didn’t match the cake whatsoever. I was told they couldn’t make another for me in time. So I asked, what do you guys do when a cake is made wrong? The guy laughed and said “the bank across the street will be happy with it”. Great, so basically I’m SOL. Don’t order a cake from here if you want it done correctly.

When they are open it’s a good location, however it’s always a hit or miss. The past couple times I have tried coming here during posted open hours, there is a sign on the door stating they are closed for the evening.

Third time in the past two month tried to come and they’ve been closed, it’s Friday 6:25 pm and they’re closed. Staffs in there but they just put a sign up saying closed for the night sorry for any inconvenience.

Visited at 550pm, on 21 Oct 23, store was accepting cash only. No big deal. Walked in and stood for a long time before 3 employees even acknowldeged we were there (we were only people in store). Most ice cream selections were almost empty. Ordered a shake. They said they were out of milk. I asked if anyone was going to go to safeway for milk, they just stared at us. Not impressed.
So often we come here and it's closed. I can see two female employees inside. Doors are locked. Lights are off. Sign says 9:00 pm. It was 7:38 when I got here. Google listing says 9:00 pm. I called the store and they ignored me. I saw the girl pick up the phone. NOT HAPPY.

Went there 30 minutes before they close and they refused to serve me because they wanted to get out by 9 instead of actually closing at 9. That shouldn’t be how you treat customers

I decided to order a "like it" size which I suppose is synonymous with a small. The guy doing the toppings requested more ice cream because otherwise, it would have been "kid's size." After the girl doing the ice cream gave him more, he mentioned she added too much. Girl at the register decided to charge me for the "love it" size, even though it was their mistake. Didn't notice until I looked at my receipt at home. Take the advice from other customers and go to another ice cream shop instead.2 stars because their ice cream cakes are good.
