We love this place and we're so looking forward to returning. The old fashion's were great as well as the chicken wing appetizer. The steak frites were chewy....my fault; I should have ordered the tenderloin! My husband said the meatloaf was delicious. Would definitely always make a point to eat here when in Bozeman.

Great dining experience, fun conversations with the bar staff who are knowledgeable about all the different bourbon. The elk chili and bison filet is off the charts good. We got there early and had plans to hit several different spots but found everything we wanted here so we closed the place. I even took a big bowl of chili home for the next day. Can't wait to go back next time I am in Bozeman.

It was pretty good. Food is kind of overpriced but that's everywhere now in Bozeman. Great ambience and nice noise levels throughout the night. Good spot for date night.

Food was very good, service and ambience need work. First time visit for our party of 4. Made a reservation for 6pm dinner last night and were disappointed to be seated right down the middle aisle even though there were booths open. It was loud and of course people were constantly walking around us because we were in the main walkway. Simple things like the table are too close and the two they pushed together to make a four top were uneven so we could not share appetizers in the middle. Service started well but all but disappeared after we put in our food order. Had to wait a while and ask for drink refills. We all had steaks. They were very good so cudos to the chef. Waited about 20 minutes after dessert for the check. It was dropped off but after another 20 our server never returned so we found exact change and got up and left. For $325 we expected a better effort.

Great food! Jacen was the best server we’ve had in ages. The jalapeño cream cheese burger was amazing!

We had a wonderful New Year’s dinner at Copper Whiskey in Bozeman, located right in downtown. The food was amazing and the drinks were just as impressive. Such a great spot—we highly recommend stopping by Copper Whiskey if you’re in the area!

Great food and drinks - great service as well! Consistently good and a great bourbon selection. Not everyday you can find Pappy.

The wait staff are very kind and knowledgeable, excellent wine list and menu.

The main issue is that we ordered a rare steak and it came out blue and cold. We cut into the middle of the steak and opened it up with our silverware and immediately saw the issue.

We sent the steak back as it needed to be cooked a little bit more, but as most people who enjoy rare steaks know, it is too easy to overcook and destroy the steak at that point.

We had also touched the steak and put our cutlery on it, so we were expecting a fresh new steak to be cooked to avoid contamination and cooking issues.

The steak came back and it was the same steak from before which was cut into and overcooked.

They would not give us a new steak but simply moved the item off the ticket, meaning that a member of our party could not eat, so several others did not eat.

Very sad experience. Won't be going back.

If you like whiskey this is the place to go. If you like wine please avoid it like the plague. Their choices are extremely limited which means to get a good glass of wine you need to spend over $100 a bottle because the wines by the glass are convenience store trash. The burger was delicious as were the truffle fries.

Service and atmosphere were fine. The scotch ale was very nice. I ordered the Bobcat burger cooked medium with bacon and the jalapeño beer cheese on the side.

The food looked great and came out with the fries piping hot. Sadly, the jalapeño beer cheese was rather bland with no real hint of jalapeño except in the name. But the real disappointment was the burger.

It wasn’t actually a burger patty, but more like a burger tennis ball. It was very round, dry, and overcooked. It was fully well done and to make it worse, the bun was very dried out as well. The bacon was not well done, but actually undercooked like a slimy piece of rubber on the sad, dry burger. I added cheese and ketchup but it really didn’t help. The fries were great but I didn’t finish the burger.
