A very serious issue that I feel needs to be addressed. A cookie purchased here contained peanuts, despite the website clearly stating that it was nut-free. My friend has a severe peanut allergy, and this could have resulted in a medical emergency.
I reached out to the business directly to explain the situation and ask for a resolution. They responded once and then stopped following up altogether. While the in-store staff were polite and helpful, the lack of accountability and follow-through from ownership was extremely disappointing.
When it comes to food allergies, accuracy and responsibility are non-negotiable. This experience showed a concerning lack of care and transparency
Literally almost killed my friend with a peanut allergy by feeding him a cookie that had peanuts in it even though on the website it listed no nuts.
After emailing them asking for a resolution they replied once and are no longer following up. The workers are great but extremely greedy and disingenuous owners.
Very good and super quick services!
❤️love this crumble
Cookies are great as always
Sometimes cookies can be hard, or just smell like straight butter, but other than that can be good.
Love the secret menu

Love their cookies
I am friends that love this place. I was not impressed! I was new to the establishment, and the ordering process is not intuitive; it took me a minute to figure out that I used the iPad on the counter to put my order in. There were three or four people working, and no one looked up when I came in; I'd been trying to figure out the iPad for a couple of minutes before anyone spoke. The chocolate chip cookie was salty and tasted of shortening. The Biscoff cookie was good but again with the shortening. The Oreo moon pie thing was very good. But the special raspberry lime cake was unimpressive, just a plain vanilla cake with a lot of frosting, though the frosting did taste of raspberry and lime. For the price, I'm not going back.
The girls were SO sweet:)
