I don't know what has happened to dominoes lately. The food is still all right, but delivery is expensive especially for this area. Also my orders have taken way longer than they estimated lately, and the last time I ordered it seems like they could not process online payments.
Additionally, if you apply rewards and a coupon, it will switch the coupon to charge you more money on their site. They used to have REALLY good deals online especially for carryout, but I haven't seen that lately. This isn't anything fancy; they are way overcharging for what they serve and the service at this location isn't very good.
EDIT: You charged me 10 times after attempting to order about 5 times. I haven't gotten a pizza, and their customer support is not working.

Pizza was inedible after we picked it up off the floor where the delivery guy left it. Manager is very rude and not all willing to help resolve any issues. We were chastised for making a complaint about a burnt pizza. She stated she made it so it should be perfect. lol.

update - they offered me a coupon, that didn't even work. This is a bigger scandal than the papa johns incident.

I own a restaurant and food service business just a few blocks away from this Domino's and have been ordering pizza from here for the better part of 7 to 8 years. I always order my team and I pizza while we work ad have been for about as long as I have been in business. Today I was sitting in the front room and I get a call from someone saying they were trying to deliver my order but when I called back no answer. Finally I was directed to the store manager who has a real attitude. She claimed that she called that she called me 4 times, which never happened, and then told me I could wait 20 min for maybe my order to de re delivered or that I could come get it myself. I told that I thought she was lying to me and that she didn't call me because I had no missed calls and no voicemails from her. I said I just want my money back. She refused to refund me and told me that she was going to blacklist my name, never serve me pizza again an then hung up the phone on me. lol more than 7 years of ordering from here and I've never had a problem. She may need to seek out a different line of work. I'm done ordering from this place not that they care.

I did fall asleep waiting for my first order.. never received a call or text saying they were here. I woke up 30 mins before they closed and placed an order because I’m hungry, order was cancelled 12/18/2024. I understand and I apologize, I went ahead and placed another order two more times and it was cancelled by the manager on shift. It is really disappointing
have had several bad experiences lately with this location, late deliveries, incomplete or wrong orders delivered , ordered food not in stock, i canceled my last order but they did not return my money , very poor service, i lost $40.00 because they did not return it to me , this place is a ripofff

We got the pull apart chicken with tomato and bacon and oh wow I had no idea a chain pizza joint could make this kind of dish. And we got the loaded Tots .., same they’re really good a little Spendy if your getting it delivered. And they were a little small BUT THEY WERE SO
